Great experience from start to finish. Jose (the owner) came by quickly and provided a detailed and itemized quote, along with options to save money on items. There was great communication to make sure we were on the same page before he started. His workers were professional, courteous, and efficient.
At the end, he made sure I was satisfied with everything, and made some changes I requested. He wasn't the cheapest option, but easily the most thorough and detail oriented. Highly recommend.

Jose and his team did an incredible job on our yard. We purchased a new build that came with no landscaping whatsoever so it was a blank slate. Jose and his team came up with a beautiful design and executed it wonderfully. Because I’m such a novice when it comes to gardening / plants, Jose even went as far as taking time helping me decide which plants I’d like them to use. The team was always very respectful and cleaned up after themselves every day they were there. They got the job done within the time they said they would too. I’m highly impressed with the quality of the work we had done.

Jose and his crew did an outstanding job with my yard. They regraded and added new sod, plus installed a new paver walkway. All of which turned out beautifully. They were fast, professional and communicated very well with me. Would highly recommend to anyone in Metro Detroit!

KBK installed a 10x70 bed across our backyard. The work was completed in approximately 1 1/2 days. The crew was polite, professional and proficient. They laid a rock border the length of the bed and brought in topsoil to raise it 10" above the lawn. At one point the rock border was placed in a direction we didn't care for and Jose had his crew rework to please us at no extra charge. Also, the northwest corner of the bed had existing shrubs that the new bed was connecting into. Not only did KBK connect it, they cleared all the weeds and mulched it without an added fee.
Jose met with us before we began the project and again at the nursery to help us pick out the new shrubs. He was very professional and a great help in choosing plants.
In the end, we are VERY pleased with the finished product, Jose and his crew. I could say KBK exceeded our expectations.

I couldn't be more pleased with KBK Landscaping. I worked with Jose over a long period as I planned the patio in the winter, but wanted to install it in the summer when the ground was dry. I gave him the approval early and sent a deposit to secure the job. I decided to change the design several times through the process, changing brick shapes, types, layouts, etc. Jose was always completely fair through this and frankly patient with my indecisiveness. If material costs went up - they were always fair and in agreement with the material only changes that I found at supply houses - he never took advantage of the situation and was always willing to spend extra time making sure I received the patio that I wanted and was 100% happy with the job. When the day came to install - his crew was awesome. They were done within only a couple days and always left the property as if it were untouched. They protected the grass from weight damage by their equipment. Cleaned up the street to ensure no HOA complaints. The finish product looks incredible. I would highly recommend Jose and his team. They are honest, hardworking, and dependable. I will be happy to send business their way anytime in the future.

AWESOME job!! The crew was fantastic and Jose is great to deal with. He responded promptly to my inquiry and throughout the job. Jose took my vision and brought it to life. My backyard is amazing! I had them build a paved area for my fireplace, wood and grill, they took out the old grass and leveled the yard before putting in new sod. They built a retaining wall along my fence line and filled it with beautiful flowerig shrubs which lead to a garden box for my vegetable plants. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I are very happy that we chose Chavarin Landscape for are Spring landscaping and clean up. They did an exceptional job. They were on time, paid attention to detail and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We have used many other landscapers in the past but in our opinion Chavarin is the best.

Chavarin Landscape was referred to me by a friend. From the inquiry of the job through the end the process, communication and work was as agreed upon and described in the initial contract. Work was done within less time than expected, clean and organized. We were very impressed with the work, came up with solutions for work not planned and cost was less than could have been. We will definitely be using them again for future projects as needed.

Highly recommend! Service is great and the quoted a fair price. I have tried to fix my lawn for 2 years due to not draining. I have called other landscaping companies and when they come out they want to give me a French drain and they said they didn’t even know if that would fix it. I’m so happy I called Chavarin Landscape. They didn’t try to get me to spend $10k for a French drain. Instead they fixed my pitch and I couldn’t be happier. These guys are great to work with.

Communication was great which kept me informed. Workers were polite, efficient and progessional.

We selected Chavarin after watching their work across the street and hearing positive feedback. Hernan said they'd be there between 9:30 and 10. They were. He said two days. Took two days. The work was professional and attentive to detail. They communicated. Asked questions when required. At lot of basic stuff. What wasn't basic was the result. After years of my wife looking at our shaggy-ass backyard and yearning for something as basic as some brick edging, she is thrilled with both front and back yards. I am now the husband of the year just in time for Mother's Day. In sum, I would recommend Charvarin without the slightest reservation.
