Quick, friendly, and professional - strongly recommend!

I would NOT recommend that anyone use this company. They destroyed my lawn in 2 steps. When I asked to have the owner call me he yelled at me on the phone and was horribly offensive in person.

Loud equipment in a residential area at 6am is not acceptable. Also sick of fixing what they mess up in my yard while they are busy messing up the neighbors yard. Also watched these guys cut the neighbors yard twice in 4 days.

Nice people. Good prices. I've been using them for years I'm my own personal house and through the apartment complex is that I own very good service always answer the phone any complaints are always followed up immediately

I have a long list of the issues caused by this team. From bumping machinery into our home numerous times..made the whole house shake! I was outside doing work from home trying to mind my bussiness and get my tasks complete... I don't like to blame however; for the last 3 hours Ive had been inconvenienced by their lack of respect. What really hit home was when I had moved myself and my work into my backyard obviously showing I did not want to talk and I was busy... I do have ears and I could hear the group talking smack about me, our household, bussiness that was not theirs to speak of ( at least save it for when yohr not on the job!! Freedom of speech but wow how rude! I tried to ignore them but the guy was litterly talking behind my back less then 10 feet away to a local who does his own bussines.. finally i had had enough and turned around indicating that I can hear all the gossip. Quickly the worker cut away his gossip buddy and said " i gotta get back to work" ... then all the loud yammering finally ended. Last complaint ..no masks. We have a elder here who has demanded all people that come onto this lawn wear a mask or stay away... the guy who likes to gossip kept trying to conversate with me and didn't take the hint that I am busy and rather not invest. We did not hire them the city did. I will be calling to report. It takes ALOT for me to review and invest time to type out my voice on the manner. After 4 hours of this B.S I took down there info on their work truck and googled the company. And here I am. They FINALLY left... before I finish this i want to see if they damaged anything besides the gutter they smashed.. yuppp they definitely left their trace of unprofessional... im now calling the company. Good luck to anyone who hires these guys.

Don't waste your money. I got a coupon for pest control for a reasonable price. Called them out and the tech, Nick, was very nice and sprayed for ants, mosquitoes and spiders. He also said there was a 30 day warranty for ants and said just give them a call if we saw any. I have been calling for weeks with no return call. Someone showed up to spray for mosquitoes, which I didn't need, but not for ants. I've gotten 2 calls from Nick, who I now believe to be the owner but no one shows up when he says they will. I should have called Orkin and not been taken by a fly by night company. Go any where else but here!!

T & J Landscaping did an outstanding job on my lawn! They were quick, efficient, and reasonable. The team was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results. My lawn looks better than ever – it's perfectly level and the new grass is already looking lush and healthy. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Unless you want them doing a half ass job don’t hire this company. They show up when it’s pouring rain then only finish half the lawn. On top of that two weeks in a row they didn’t even bother to pick up a few dog toys on the grass and just ran right over them leaving pieces all over the lawn!!!! This company needs to get their shit together!!!!

I have dealt with numerous landscaping companies over the years and whether your getting your grass cut, a big land scaping project, a yard clean up or anything to do with lawn maintenance this company is in a league of its own I would even say that about their snow removing services just because of their timely services and polite , curtious, and friendly employees...

Landscaping companies are frustrating because no one responds and ones that do are so slow to get back to you. After giving up on getting more estimates/ideas (because no one else even responded or they responded last second literally), I was really happy to end up working with Parrot. Very patient company, went back and forth with Millisa on the design until just right. Fair price, very high quality work on tiered deck, fire pit and stone patio, retaining border wall, bushes and flowers. I was surprised how quickly they move. Once they started they were done within a week. Very pleased with the outcome. They're thorough. Would recommend.

This is the start of our first full season with Parrot was pretty happy last year had a few issues with some of the help but all was fixed except for they never got back to me for fall cleanup weather was a big factor but a call back would have been nice this year however I am having an issue with the girl in the office regarding billing her tone and professionalism is in question ! I really love the price but do not like how she handled me over the phone . Very offended just disappointed will have to look for another company Mellissa (
ReceptionAt least when I spoke to Could bethe owner) I did not say anything disrespectful about your company I even referred you to other neighbors on my street the discrepancy was you not hearing what I was saying and the tone and how you handled me I do not appreciate you stating facts that you do not know meaning drunken accusation that I will not stand for I never changed my story I just had to clearly state what I was saying when I could get a word in edgewise you over talk to your customer and this is the only reason why we’re not continuing and we’ve always paid our bill you have to serve an invoice and order for it to get paid we discussed this last year meaning we needed for our records The employees that work for you or not the problem I ended service because of you and how you treated me thank you and good luck in the future
