Poor work all around really. They came and then just left from our house when we asked them to start in the back. They ruined a bunch of our plants in our gardens, neither worker spoke english except "I dont understand" and took as long as they could. Other companies do the same work for far better results and prices.

Landscape Services was great to work with. I used them for gardening, fertilizing, and sprinkler services. There prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. I will continue to use them in the future for all of my landscaping needs.

Terrible customer service. Earlier this spring it took them 3 visits to repair my system. Then this fall did not receive a call for blowing out my lines. Then when I called them the lady was very short and didn't even care to attempt to try and help me out. Not like D & J... too bad they couldn't keep the same customer service. I will be taking my business somewhere else now. 25 years with D & J, wish they wouldn't have sold out now. Don't use landscape services!

Very unprofessional, I called for a quote to have hedges trimmed, spoke to receptionist and the person who makes quotes, who set up a time to come to my house for estimate. He never came, never canceled just didn't show up. I called the next day to ask what was going on receptionist says she will call and talk to him they still did not get in contact with me.

This is a professional company. The staff is polite and each team that is assigned to your home or business has a supervisor assigned for direct communication.

After a leg injury I needed a landscape company to take care of my lawn and the grounds around my home.

After interviewing several companies and now; having been a customer of Landscape Services Inc. for more than 7 months, I can endorse this company 100%. From the owners, to their supervisors in the field, and to the landscaper assigned to my home, this IS a 5 Star Organization!

LSI or Landscape Services whatever way to want to call them are the best. yes the landscape designs are spectacular as they did my brother's home which is beautiful they also did our beach design on Milner. they work with you. they care. the employees work hard and efficiently. when you call LSI yes they have always returned my calls and text messages. LSI works together as a team and all take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I have been totally happy.

I worked with Bret Steiner on a three-year landscaping plan for the Roseville Public Library. He created a design and multi-year plan based on the library's needs and budget. It is the second year and our south entrance looks wonderful. The plants and pavers really compliment the building. He has been great to work with. The landscaping team comes in, does the work quickly and professionally, cleans up and leaves the area looking great.

Very professional and efficient crew that installed my SOD, irrigation system and Front landscaping. Bret did a complete concept on CAD with a model of my home and the proposal was spot on. The execution was perfect and the front yard and lawn looks fantastic!

Very good for planning landscape layout and excellent overall planning service. However, the irrigation installation had some issues with damaging my neighbors sprinklers. But they fixed it all with no additional charges, so overall very good customer service.

This company is probably the best company I’ve dealt with before. They put in 15 Arbs in my backyard for privacy and did an amazing job! Not only did they do any amazing job, Jamie went above and beyond to help me maintain these plants, answering any questions I had. Whatever your needs are, landscaping services inc is the ones to call. I know I’ll keep doing business with them in the future.

We hired Landscape Services Inc. to perform our Christmas lighting decorations throughout the City of Utica. They were hired by our Downtown Development Authority. We sought a fair price, with great service. Landscape Services Inc. was very reasonable with their pricing, and performed the needed tasks way ahead of schedule. The DDA was very pleased with their work. We had some exceptional requests that needed to be completed in a very short period of time. They come through as promised. Great work!!!

This was a great experience. Bret was extremely helpful and had a great plan. The team worked hard and my yard has never looked better. They were respectful and left the yard looking 110% better than how they found it. I highly recommend this company.

I called them to service my sprinkler system was told it would be $72 per hour plus parts, I accepted, and 2 men came out and worked for 1 1/2 hours. My bill for labor was $216. I questioned the bill and was informed it's billed per person, and I was supposed to know they always send two techs and not their responsibility to inform us of the same I should have asked them how many techs would be sent. This is unethical in my opinion would not recommend this company. Paid them as he refused to lower the charge.

What an experience. Provided me the best quote, made great renderings of the project for me to view, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The guys that did the work seemed to have alot of experience and worked incredible as a team. Which is probably why the did the job so quick and effcient. That really impressed me. Could not be happier with the results, from start to finish, 6 stars if I could.

My sales representative, Jamie Van Tiem, was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns, very professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He put a lot of hard work and effort into the outcome of this project. And I can say that I am extremely happy with the outcome. It's gorgeous!!
