Excellent service again!! 2nd time we been customers of Superior and will call first every time. Fair price and true professionals!! Two guys came next day and replaced a leaking hot water heater, added shut-offs at convenient places and did a great job. Very clean and quiet work, wouldn't of known they were here if I had not let them in the house. Would recommend to anyone!!

I had a great experience with Superior Heating and Cooling. Our boiler stopped working so I called them for the first time yesterday. The call started off with a friendly voice that answered the phone. The service desk worked us into the schedule for the next morning (today). Then Joe, the technician, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed/resolved the issue. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Reasonable prices too.

Wanted to give a shout-out to Superior Heating and Cooling in Columbus. To start, the sales rep was very understanding and patient. I started the process of getting quotes right before my daughter unexpectedly passed away. I cancelled appointments, could not make decisions, made decisions, changed my mind…. Finally, months later, I made up my mind and had it done. The two gentlemen that came to install it were amazing. They were extremely professional, yet friendly and patient with my muddled brain. They installed, cleaned up and actually left the room cleaner than when they arrived! They walked me through what they did and how to maintain my new furnace. Then I stopped into their office to pay and the ladies in the office were so kind and helpful. The story continues … I didn’t know I was eligible for a rebate. I turned my house upside down looking for the receipt to no avail. Back to the office I went. A very kind gentleman and one of the office ladies were so helpful and got me a receipt, filled out my rebate form and sent it out. I am so impressed with everyone within this company that I dealt with. I’m in a very stressful time of my life dealing with my daughters death and from start to finish Superior lived up to their name- they were superior in meeting my needs and helping me during this difficult time. They originally outfitted our house 25 years ago and I’ve needed their service a few times over the years. During the decades I used them I’ve never been let down. Highly recommend them!!!"

We used superior for our change over to Semco and the whole team has been absolutely wonderful. These guys work as a team to get things done the right way and the office staff has excellent customer service. Tammy coordinated our services and does a great job keeping us updated on the next step, financing, what to expect, etc. Not to mention, our dogs keep trying to help our installation guys and the guys treat them like their own pets. All around great people working for Superior!

Showed up a few minutes early, very nice for a change. Professional, diagnosed the problem quickly. Fixed the issue promptly and checked the rest of the system. My wife has cancer and the tech wore a mask and booties. She was very pleased. I will recommend to family and friends. Same day service and fair price. Great job Superior, you have a new customer.

Service technician came out didn’t have the parts to fix my furnace. Said he could go back and get the parts but it would cost me a half a service call if I didn’t do that they wouldn’t come back for three or four days then never left me the used part and left dirt in front of the furnace Not not a very good technician.

Technician was thorough, polite and experienced. Diagnosed and fix the issue in a timely manner.
