HVAC reviews in Comstock Park, Michigan

I’m just so impressed with this company. They installed a new gas log insert for me almost two years ago, and I just love it. Anytime I’ve had to reach out with questions or concerns they were kind and honest. You don’t find locally family owned business’s with heart like this around anymore. Thanks again, Joe for your help today! I am beyond grateful for people like you. Highly recommend this company!

An excellent job cleaning my fireplace insert. Ulysses and his assistant Austin were great. On time, professional, meticulous and thorough, and they answered all my many questions. I couldn’t be happier with my clean wood stove and I highly recommend B & B.

Joe came early & was very knowledgeable. He also worked cautiously as not to make a mess. I’ll be using them yearly for my spring cleaning!

The experience from start to finish was a great one.
The job was done on time and on budget by very courteous workers. The back end customer service was excellent and I highly recommend using this company.

Very good communication from when I requested service until they showed up - even letting me know the tech was running a few minutes behind for my appt.
Buddy was very professional and explained things in an easy to understand manner. Did a thorough job and will use them again. Highly recommend!

Very professional, completed job quickly and was very helpful answering lots of questions we had about our chimney.

We had a wonderful experience with B&B. They were thorough, honest and went above and beyond for us. Can’t recommend them enough!

I don’t have a ton of experience with chimney sweeps but I can’t image anyone doing a better job then these guys. Our chimney sweep arrived on time and helped me move some of the furniture out of the way so he could clean the chimney without getting anything dirty. He diligently cleaned the chimney then helped me put everything back. Since I am a new home owner and never used a chimney before, he gave me some advice on how to light a fire and how to operate the chimney flume. Overall, B&B was super helpful and we’ll definitely hire them again when additional cleaning.

Would not recommend. I paid for an inspection of my chimney, which turned out to be just paying for an estimate for the work the guy wanted to do. I thought an inspection would be a complete evaluation of all components with a report of all defects, then a separate estimate detailing the costs to repair each defect. I was wrong and my chimney is still not in good, working condition after paying almost $6000 to B & B. Their work was completed on time and cleaned up well. But, the flashing and sealant is not corrected, the chimney still has other issues and the quality of workmanship was subpar, especially at the mortar joints. Close up photos are of new brick and mortar. It looks terrible.

Fast and friendly service with a final cost that exactly matched the quote. Chimneys capped and cleaned. Gas fireplace cleaned and serviced. Future options were discussed. I would definitely go back to them.

B& B Chimney Sweeps is a great company. We’ve used them for years and have always been very happy with their work.

B&B is outstanding. Very professional but yet personable. They always do a fantastic job

We're very happy with B and B Chimney Sweeps. They were available on short notice and did a great job. Reasonably priced. No mess left behind. Even took off his shoes in my house! Would use them again.

Joe was fantastic, answered all of my questions and did a great job. Prompt and very professional.

The guys did a great job, helpful and informative about the future fireplace needs. Couldn't be better. Thanks!

Wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on our fireplace! They are so kind and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for better.

This is the third time I’ve had B&B out for various things - they are always on schedule and ready to complete the task. Nice folks who stand by their work and get things done in a timely manner. Great communication.

Convenient, friendly, knowledgeable. Definitely will continue to use them going forward and refer to anyone looking for a chimney sweep!

Buddy did a great job of fixing our gas fireplace. It’s nice to have it working again!

B&B securely installed a SS rain cap and critter guard to our chimney. Very speedy and professional.
