Bergsma came out to my house on January 28th, 2026 to deal with a clogged/frozen washing machine drain. Chris was very patient and knowledgeable and worked hard to get the drain working again. Plus, he went the extra mile to suggest some ideas of how to avoid this from happening again if we get some more sub zero temperatures in the future.

Excellent service! Quick availability, friendly, inexpensive and reliable. Chris H. did a great job walking us through our options and explaining everything he was doing and seeing in the camera scope to investigate a gurgling issue and confirm no blockages. Would recommend Bergsma to anyone.

I had a backed-up drain in my washer which started flooding my basement. Bergsma Plumbing was able to send someone out immediately, and Alan was able to sort it all out in a half hour at a reasonable price. Top notch work!

I am a repeat customer of Bergsma plumbing. They have helped us with toilet installs, fixure replacements, and other plumbing repairs. Today was a new hot water heater. Steve and Royce were the installers today and did a wonderful job. We have had Steve in the past as well. They were very neat, helpful with any questions I had and did a great job. I am beyond impressed with the service from Bergsma Plumbing. I called yesterday, they were able to come today to check out my water heater that was on its last legs. They brought a replacement with them just in case. Matthew was patient and kind as he explained my options and he and Michael did a quick and efficient job installing the new water heater. Steve and Royce came out to fix our washer fixture. They were fabulous, on time and very professional. Work was done quickly and with no fuss. Would call them again for any other issues we have!

I reached out to Bergsma for my shower & sink that were backed up/clogged. My technician, Chris, arrived within the time window the scheduler had indicated and made quick work of the clog. More importantly, he made an effort to try less labor-intensive methods of undoing the clog to keep the cost low for me (e.g. snaking the sink drain instead of pulling off the toilet to snake there).

Would definitely go with Bergsma in the future for my plumbing needs.

Brittany and Dorian were professional and friendly. They arrived within an hour of my call and provided a timely estimate to replace my hot water heater. They were able to replace my water heater within a few hours and did an exceptional job. I am very pleased. Paula, in the office, made this all happen and I really appreciated her support. Sam and Steven were 10/10! They arrived at my home and were professional, friendly and really cared about hearing my issues and finding a solution to fix my issues. They went above and beyond to ensure my plumbing stack was set, found a few other errors from the original plumbing and fixed that for me as well. They ensured no more leaks were present and that all of my drains were intact and draining. They explained everything thoroughly and showed pictures before & after. They truly made my experience great and I will be calling Bergsma again if I ever need plumbing assistance!

After a little hiccup getting roots cleared out of our drain - Aaron came out and was super helpful getting everything squared away. He even took the time to show me the drain all the way from the house to the street so I had peace of mind. It's great knowing everything is good to go. Well, you never WANT to find yourself under your bathroom sink with water blasting into your eyes, but alas that is life.

14 towels & 1 phone call later, Yanny had arrived to rescue my waterlogged reality.

Our kitchen sink started draining at a severely slow rate. Bergsma Plumbing had come up in conversation a few times at work, so I gave them a call. We had an appointment scheduled the next day.

Alan arrived on time. He had lots of questions when he was assessing the problem. He put together a plan and thoroughly explained the possible outcomes that he might encounter and the approximate costs of each.
Less than 30 minutes later he had successfully snaked out our drain and fixed our issue.

Alan was very professional. You could definitely tell he knew what he was doing. He was very courteous, efficient and even cleaned up after himself when he was finished. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job Alan!

Amazing service as always! Our water heater broke and flooded part of our basement. Called and they had someone at our house within 2 hours. Isaiah was awesome! Stayed late to swap out our broken water heater with a new one and also re-ran a gas line. We had hot water that same night. Highly recommend this company

Bergsma team replaced my water heater and helped mitigate the problems with the leaking water heater. Everyone i talked to and worked with was very helpful, the two techs Yanni and Tyler were absolutely awesome with the install and cleanup. Will definitely be recommending everyone to Bergsma!

Yanny and Jimel were here today and they were so good to me! I felt listened to and very comfortable with them immediately. My water heater is brand new and the price was below what I had expected!! I will not hesitate to call Bergsma Plumbing again!!
