Bergsma came out to my house on January 28th, 2026 to deal with a clogged/frozen washing machine drain. Chris was very patient and knowledgeable and worked hard to get the drain working again. Plus, he went the extra mile to suggest some ideas of how to avoid this from happening again if we get some more sub zero temperatures in the future.

Called on a Sunday and completely understand I’d need to pay their $85 service fee. However, when it came to needing to snake my backed up kitchen sink, they wanted to charge me $670. I decided not to go with their service and the serviceman explained if I called during the week it would be around $350. How do you double your fee on top of the service fee? I waited for my normal plumber the next day and they fixed the issue in 30 minutes or less for $250. I feel they were totally trying to take advantage with what they were trying to charge.

Excellent service! Quick availability, friendly, inexpensive and reliable. Chris H. did a great job walking us through our options and explaining everything he was doing and seeing in the camera scope to investigate a gurgling issue and confirm no blockages. Would recommend Bergsma to anyone.
