Nick came to our house promptly and was very attentive to our needs. Between him and the office staff coordinating our issues and questions we are so happy he came to help us figure out our options.

American Classic had a chance to get this job but because they didn't seem to care about helping us figure out the issues with financing, they made us feel unimportant for such a big purchase.

We are getting new roofing and gutters on both of our structures and Nick helped us every inch of the way. The warranty is good enough to be able to use as a selling point for the future!

Everything was about as excellent as you could get. Fair price, absolutely no sales pressure, installers were here when they said they would be and with ten guys they completed the entire job in one long day. Very nice, courteous, and actually left the yard cleaner than upon arrival. Project manager came by to inspect the next day, brought his metal detector to pick up any nails that might have hidden. We are looking forward to their siding install in a few weeks. Superior service and great value combined.

Had a terrible experience trying to get an estimate for our roof replacement. The initial appointment with Julian went well. After that, I had to try calling, texting, and emailing (both Julian and their main office) with no success. Eventually, after 2 months of attempting to simply get an estimate, I gave up.

Update after Owner responded below: Again, this company refuses to simply provide an estimate. The general call center reached out (6 months after my initial appointment) about a “promotion going on”, not about an estimate. And Julian is lying about the situation. Yikes! Take your business elsewhere folks.
