Kaleb Pluchinsky and his team were a lifesaver! We had a busted spigot pipe leaking water and causing mold. Within two hours of contacting them, they were on-site and working. Their professionalism and expertise were top-notch, solving the problem and preventing future issues. What made it even better was their friendly and positive attitude, turning a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. ServPro came out to clean up water damage. Jess was fabulous, walking me through the process and getting documentation to my insurance company. His team (including Tony) were always prompt and courteous and gave ample warning when they needed to come. I am already telling people what a great job they have done and that I would highly recommend them.

Our dishwasher overflowed a week before Christmas. Servpro came out quickly and figured out the extent of the damages. They went right to work and had the equipment needed to dry out our floor and basement. Jess was great to work with both with the remediation and working with our insurance company. This is the second time I've used Servpro and have been pleased each time.

We had Servpro com out last Saturday (9-20-25) due to a bathroom flooding over a fully finished basement. Kaleb Pluchinsky, Ashton Pluchinsky & Isa Johnson did an amazing job removing all the water & all the damage. 10 out of 10 would recommend this team!!!!!!

We would recommend Servpro to everybody. From the mitigation to reconstruction. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. They were all so kind. They were very efficient and timely. We cant say enough , even their office managers were helpful.

I had a ServPro team come out To my home because we had a huge kitchen fire last week Thursday or so don’t remember the exact date, but they were here Monday. They were actually here the next day of the fire To survey the damages. The team was led by Sarinsa Strecker, Super friendly didn’t know it until she got to work but a great rapport with everyone in the household particularly making my mom feel everything was OK and that it was just an accident and they can repair it to back to its natural state or better and I think they made it better the young lady she was on top of it. She made sure all of the eyes was dotted. The tease were crossed. The dust mites were gone fire extinguisher, dust out. She made sure her team did what they were supposed to do and they did better. I can’t speak to the rest of Servepro, but if there are anything like her, you want them in your house to take care of your needs and particularly fire destruction, and a young man named Adam with her direction they made this house look perfect. Tony and Issac ..did a fabulous job on the water damage in my apartment…They both get an A+ and they should be put in for a RAISE ! 😄😁 Was in an actual house fire when I was 18 ..first time out on my own and that crew cleaned up ok…but SERVPRO …Business of excellence! 💯🌹 And bonus for me ..those fellows sure can listen 😛🤭 to a gal who does not have much company ! I would not recommend ServePro… Let’s start with the positives: They showed up very quickly, and did a great job drying out the basement. Everyone was very nice to work with.

Here are the negatives: I repeatedly asked for a quote / invoice, and (despite their promises to deliver one by “end of day”) they did not deliver one until AFTER insurance had already paid them. They threw out many expensive water-damaged items and failed to mark them down, or snap a photo for insurance. I had to be on top of things to make sure nothing was missed (and believe me, they missed a ton of big items). It felt like they were missing these things because they were so busy with other projects.

At the end of the day, they did dry out my basement, but the insurance / reimbursement aspect was not a great experience.
