My experience working with Michael and KOM was the same. What immediately gave me confidence was Michael was willing to take the time to understand specifically what I was looking to do, explained what I needed to do, and made recommendations to save me money even if it would be a smaller project for himself. Furthermore, at every step of the project that his team completed, Michael came over and explained the progress and what his team was doing.

I live in a very small home about 900 sf and my adult son became disabled and living in that tiny house was not working and I had to make changes. Moving into a new home as a single income was not an option so I did an overhaul of my home. I knocked down two walls and removed a room and made my bathroom a barrier free shower with a separate soaking tub. Widened my son’s bedroom door to make it easier to get in and out of with the electric wheelchair. Converted the left over space to a walk in closet off the master and added a sliding door to the back of the house. I have never ever been more happy with a home remodel ever. The whole process from quote to final walk through went so amazingly well. I had wanted things in a way that made cleaning so easy and after a couple months in the home I’m here to say that it’s all a simple wipe and go. Absolutely everything I asked for. And I’m not easy. There were changes and add ons and redo’s and Micheal and his workers adjusted as needed and even gave feedback to make things better. I will always refer Micheal and his team to any and everyone needing services. The workers became like family. It never felt like a stranger in my home.
