Want to say thank you very much to T&M and their workers. My husband and I went to two other companies and wasn't pleased with the prices or even being rushed to make a decision. But three times is a charm T&M was our 3rd company we went to, he came on a Saturday and asked us to take our time in making a decision. He called Monday we said we were ready he said we will be there tomorrow (Tuesday) they got here at 8am and was finish with the roof by 2:30pm with taking only one break. The workers were nice and they cleaned up very well thanks again and I will recommend them to anyone (once again the PRICE WAS AMAZING.)

They installed a beautiful white gate for us. Installation was done quickly and looks great! Will call them again for future projects.

We used Michael to help us inspect an old 1930s building in Detroit. I learned so much in that 45 minutes and he really made us think about the long term plans before buying the property.

KOM Construction was so wonderful to work with for our bathroom renovation. Michael and his team did amazing work! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process whether it be from Michael, the owner, or Paul, the assistant. Micheal spent so much time upfront meeting with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. He offered design advice based on our needs & listened carefully to our concerns. The cost of the project was broken down into line items making the invoice easy to understand and pricing transparent. The team was extremely respectful of my request to keep the construction debris contained, which meant a lot to me. They worked daily until the job was done. They kept to the timeline they promised and always communicated necessary changes along the way. The bathroom has everything we need in addition to being stunning- a heater, a towel warming rack, a Bluetooth speaker that changes color, a mirror that adds more light, dual shower heads, and a new pocket door that saves so much space. We are in love with our bathroom & so grateful to have gained a contractor that we can rely on moving forward. Highly recommend!
