Great service. Our garbage disposal quit working a few days ago and Chad did the troubleshooting to isolate a defective (remote) GFI switch box located near the master electrical panel.

Chad found a replacement part at a nearby hardware store made the repair in less than two hours.
He took time to explain what he did. He also made time to wear shoe covers to protect our carpets and floors.
Excellent service and customer care. Highly recommend!

My tech Henry did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

However I ran into several issues with the main office. From not calling when the initial tech was unable to show to not schedule enough time for the job to be completed. I have to call them to get both issues fixed instead of them reaching out to me.

Kevin came out next day for my quote on running electrical through the basement. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time he took to do a proper electrical inspection throughout the home along with the basement estimate. He was able to uncover some things that needed to be addressed. He even was courteous enough to wear shoe covers as to not dirty up our carpet. It’s the little things. Thanks Kevin!

My guy Kevin is fabulous!! Quick diagnosis both times he's been at my home. He explains everything so I can understand it. He's very easy to talk to. The repairs are above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys.

We had some security lights installed about 4-5 years ago. They have never worked correctly. Nobody ever told me a thing about them. One was defective within the first year. They were going to charge me to replace it. I'm having problems with all of them now. They want to charge me to come check their work out. Not very happy.

From my first call to Streamline I received quality service! Tim set me up for an estimate. Bryan came out and gave an estimate. It was his demeanor that made me choice Streamline. He was professional and honest. I liked being able to pay online, it was quick and easy. Dave who did the work was exceptional. He installed a ceiling fan for us and did a beautiful job! Dave you are this families electrician!

Mike was prompt and on time. He was kind and explained things very clearly. We had him quote out a large project to replace the electrical panel and update an outlet for a new dryer. While he was here he also replaced an outdoor motion sensor light that has been broken. We were very impressed with his knowledge and skill. We will definitely be using streamline again. Henry and his crew came by today and did a great job. They were friendly and completed the job quickly and without any mess! The job was installing at 220v outlet on the exterior of my house for EV charging.

Streamline Electric did a great job installing my EV charger … from the estimating process to the installation. The sales team was informative, responsive and pricing was reasonable. The online quote and engagement capability was helpful. The electrician was friendly, professional and did a great job. I would definitely use Streamline again!

I used one of Tesla’s listed certified installers named “Pro Streamline Electric” to perform the ev charger installation and I’ve ran into several complications with the company post installation.

1) The Electric company waited a week to pull permits so the inspection could be performed.

2) The installation did not pass Dearborn City Inspection, to which the company attempted to lie about the inspection results.

3) The company has not come out to perform the remaining work of the initial agreement, nor have they been out to perform the modifications to pass City Inspection.

To say the least, my experience with the installer has not been great post installation.

Michael did an excellent job replacing my house and driveway lights. The crew was fast, and detail oriented, however half the lights installed are not functioning properly since the installation date, and the company has been cancelling all the appointments to get them fixed.
Not happy!!!!!

Streamline was great! I was able to quickly schedule them for a day when someone would be home and the tech showed up right on time. Although originally hired to inspect some wiring (fishy smell from wall prompted the call), their tech was able to fix an overheating switch to our chandelier and return service to an outdoor garage light that hadn’t worked since we moved in, as well!

While he wasn’t able to identify what was causing the occasional smell, I appreciated that he didn’t waste our time (and charge for more hrs) by keeping the inspection from going longer than needed and assured us that the wiring was fine after closing all of the outlets back up.

Would definitely recommend and use them again!

We have been using Streamline for the last three years and they are always very professional, do really good quality work, are timely or if they can’t make a time, they always communicate any delays. We really appreciate the ability to text during work hours for scheduling and being able to send pictures, etc.

We're very pleased with the service provided with installing an EV charger in our garage. Customer service was prompt and very ready responsive. Bryan Lefever was very professional and helpful in evaluating our situation for the upcoming work.

An electrical installation and upgrade was done at my house today (12/22/22). I am very pleased with the work performed on my project, the crew were very professional, very nice and pleasant to me. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. My project was a 2-day job and there's a couple of smoke detectors that still need to be installed but I am confident it'll be taken care of by year-end or very early in the new year. Kevin Sheats was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked quickly while clearly explaining each repair. He suggested other things I should consider for updating and maintaining a safe space at my home for my family and I. He was clear and fair with pricing. I would strongly recommend this company to other.

Mike did a great job. He showed up on time and installed my EV charger with minimal disruption. He was able to route the wiring with no noticeable damage. He even took the time to explain how the charger works. I was very pleased with his work.

We hired streamline to install two chandeliers and four outlets.
Three of the four outlets are unsafe:
- Two of them pushed through the floor upon my first attempt to use them. This shows that a) They don't work and b) weren't tested for continuity, grounding, or even power!
- One of them isn't flush with the floor and is loose to the touch.
- All other outlets in my house are black, it's unclear why Sharrod chose to use bright white as the color for these.

HUGE MESS left in the basement: wood shavings, electrical debris like stripped wires, even the chunks of wood they cut out of the floor were just strewn randomly in the room they were working in. It looks like zero time was spent attempting to even use a hand broom or rag to wipe off the floor, let alone throw away bags used for romex cable, metal shavings, etc.

One chandelier is visibly crooked. Sharrod told us that this was because the floor is uneven. I used a four foot level on the floor and it's even. The chandelier is shooting off about five degrees from the ceiling.

Part of our wood floor was damaged with three scratches near an outlet. In between visits, electrical gear was left behind and plugged in.

Finally, the electrician complained to my wife each visit: about how the company should have scheduled more help, it's too much work, it's getting late, etc.

Vance did a great job on our charger install. Very knowledgable and super clean install.

Henry is TOP NOTCH!!! So friendly and professional! I honestly haven’t encountered customer service like this in years. He went above and beyond in every way!! He was here to assist with my EV charging station and knew I was having issues with my AC unit and spent a couple of extra minutes assisting me so my house was at a comfortable temperature……again, showing such compassion and superior service!! An awesome rep all around!!
