My experience with Detroit Voltage was Great!!! They communicated with me throughout the process in a timely and efficiently manner while providing great services. I'm totally satisfied.

I learned of this company through a friend and was very impressed with Deana’s professionalism and quick response time. Nate worked on some unexpected electrical concerns in my new home. He was quick, thorough, polite and did an awesome job. He was super patient while explaining to me what was wrong so I could understand exactly what I was paying for and cared greatly about the safety of my family with some of the previous electrical work. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I contacted Deana to do some work on a rental property that we are getting ready to sell. She was able to come out in a timely fashion, provided us a reasonable estimate and completed the job that day. The electrician we used that day, Mark, was such a nice gentleman. You cannot go wrong using Deana and her Detroit Voltage crew. I highly recommend them.

Deana of Detroit Voltage is very professional and proficient. I have had a great experience working with Deana and Nate. Deana and Nate provided estimates for new electrical work on my vacant properties in Detroit. Nate is very professional and thorough in his work. They have installed new electrical panels and wiring for the outside (phase 1) of the properties which has been approved by the City and DTE. I'm looking forward to working with Detroit Voltage on rewiring the inside (phase 2) to complete the electrical work for my properties. Hire Detroit Voltage! it's hard to find professional, trust worthy companies, but Detroit Voltage should be your go-to for electrical services.

Had Detroit Voltage install everything we needed to get a duplex we are rehabbing up and running. Deana and Nate were awesome, extremely professional and punctual. Their prices were fair and in line with my expectations, their work was top notch and they took care of everything we needed for approval by the city of Detroit.
I will be using them again on other jobs.

Cannot recommend Detroit Voltage enough! My family was out of a dryer and desperate to get our outlet updated so we could use the new one we purchased (we have a newborn, so we have a LOT of laundry). Really appreciated working with Deana and her crew. It really felt like I was working with real people instead of some faceless company - if I had questions, she would hop on a call with me.

My house needed a full electrical rewiring and knob and tube removal, and after calling several electricians, Detroit Voltage was not only the most responsive electrician, but also had the most reasonable and well explained estimate.

She was fantastic at handling permits and dealing with the city, and although the job took a bit longer than we expected due to city inspection tomfoolery, she was on top of things the whole way and shielded me from all the bureaucratic headache. If there were any mistakes or oversights, she promptly set things right.

The only piece of constructive feedback is around informing me when folks were showing up; it was only a couple times during the finishing touches that communication slipped through the cracks and I was surprised to find someone at my door.

Overall I would *highly* recommend Detroit Voltage; they do great work, have an authentic personal touch, and supporting a black, woman owned business in Detroit is a nice bonus.

From beginning to end we had a great experience with Detroit Voltage. We safely and conveniently discussed our project over the phone and Detroit Voltage was able to accommodate this time sensitive job. The electricians arrived on schedule, completed the job, walked with me to inspect the job. They left the their multiple work areas around my house clean! There were no wire casings or other debris of their work left for me to clean or my children to clean up or step on etc. I really appreciate that as I can not state this for all contractors we've had in our home. Working with Detroit Voltage has been an exception experience so far. Our projects have been for light installations so far, but I hope to bring them into larger jobs of rewiring and home electrifying.

Had a great experience with Detroit Voltage. Had a new line installed into my garage for an EV charger and also had my home electrical panel upgraded. Reggie and Eric were phenomenal to work with. They did a great job explaining the job, my options and then doing the work. They treated my home as if it were their own. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Detroit Voltage again for any future electrical work I need done!

Deana worked with me every step of the way to help me understand what work I needed and got it scheduled quickly - all during the Christmas and New Year holidays! On top of that, Detroit Electric was priced very competitively. Between the reasonable cost, quick turnaround, and excellent communication, I can't recommend Detroit Ellectric enough!

My experience with Detroit Voltage was definitely a positive one. Ms. Deana Nealy(CEO),and Antonio(electrician) were both very adept and capable at their respective positions. Installations: 2 exterior floodlights and 1 exterior outlet. These were done in a very timely and professional manner! I would recommend this company for any future residential work.
