Everytime we have called the service has been professional and they do what they say they are going to do. They have always been on time and that means a lot to me.

The electrician's customer service on the phone was unprofessional. But he offered to be here fast. He offered to do the electrical work fast.

Took forever to get a call back. When the man did call back he wasn't the friendliest so I chose to go to another company.

Well, I did get a recording, zI will call tomorrow and see how that works for me. I have a bedroom where I am not getting any lights, so I will try tomorrow to see if your company services the 48229 zip code

The electrician came, and after almost 2.5 hours, some of the issues were fixed and he promised to come back the next day to finish-up but never came back. I came to find out that some of sockets he claimed were fixed are still not working. I called and texted him several times, at first he said he was sick and then due to covid-19, i didn't bother him. Now that the stay home order has been lifted, i've called and texted him but he ignores my calls/messages. I think that's highly unprofessional. I paid and tipped him well so I do not understand why he refused to provide the service. I need someone from this company to address this issue please.
