All that really needs to be said is wow! We called this company because our Generac was not working. They were here within 25 minutes had it up and running and no less than 10 and we’re so fair on pricing and the service is just wonderful the tech that they sent out could’ve been more accommodating I highly recommend

Amazing service and communication during the whole process. I was given 3 company's names as authorized shops to do warranty repairs on a Duromax portable generator. So glad I chose United Power Pro. Ozzie kept us informed during the whole process along with instructions and recommendations on operating. Hope the generator never needs repair again but if it does this company will be my first call.

Quick turnaround time for my portable Firman Inverter Generator warranty service. Ozzie provided great communication and customer service including unloading from and loading back into my car (100 lb generator). I will definitely come back to them if I need any more work done. They seem to do alot of field work, but were also happy take on smaller work like mine. I may have missed it but I didn't see any signs for their location/garage, but the GPS gets you close and the phone number puts you directly to Ozzie to coordinate drop offs. Highly recommend for your generator needs big or small!
