Very happy with the service I received from United Power Pro. They were 4 weeks behind but showed up in 2 weeks to diagnose my generator. Had to wait on warranty parts from the manufacturer, but once they came in, he picked up my generator and had it repaired and delivered back to me in 2 days. I would highly recommend anyone do business with this company.

Sadly. in this day in age, customer service is practically non-existent. However, every now and then you get pleasantly surprised. This is the case with United Power Pro. Bottom line, I needed my generator serviced and I received top shelf customer service. While my situation wasn’t as dire as the last review, I don’t doubt for a second he got over and above treatment. Whole heartedly endorse this company. Generator Troubles
I have been experiencing difficulties with my home standby generator lately. Despite having three different companies come out to assess the problem, they all concluded that the motor had seized. Frustrated, I sought the advice of a friend who recommended United Power Pro. To my amazement, the technician from United Power Pro promptly arrived at my house and quickly diagnosed the issue just by listening to the generator as he attempted to start it. He determined that the problem was with the starter and proceeded to locate the necessary part the very same day, making several phone calls in front of me to various companies. His dedication and efficiency made me feel valued as a customer. If I had followed the advice of the previous three companies, I would have unnecessarily purchased a new generator. Furthermore, the technician from United Power Pro charged me a fair price that exceeded my expectations and made me inclined to offer him even more.

I don’t ever really have time to write many reviews, maybe once every year or so. I felt very compelled to write one for United Power Pro. My family and I were hunkered down in the basement the night of the August 2023 tornado that destroyed a good chunk of Fowlerville. We came out to assess damages and found downed wires all around our neighborhood and knew we would be without power for quite some time. We had put off purchasing a generator since we had only bought the home 3.5 years prior and had a lot of other maintenance to tend to first. But we couldn’t go that long without power due to a few situations with my family requiring electricity so I jumped online to find a store with generators. None sufficient for our home we’re in stock anywhere. Next stop was dh marketplace and there was an excellent deal on a generator capable of our needs. From the initial messages, to the owners patience waiting for us to arrive at his home in the middle of the night (downed wires and trees everywhere), it was some of the best customer service I have received by a commercial company. He got up in the middle of the night when I arrived (or stayed up waiting) and fired up the generator for me, giving me instructions, tips and a warranty. He even helped load it in my vehicle for me. The price was more than fair which made the purchase even more satisfying. Good customer service can be hard to come by, especially when you’re desperate and companies like to take advantage of that. This was not the case here. I’ll refer this company and only this company to anyone looking for a generator or power needs. Thanks for helping me help my family! Being from the metro Detroit area I’ve been to a lot of electrical supply retailers, PowerPro has by far been the best of them. Saving me time is the best thing I can ask for while grabbing supplies. Walked in with a list of what I needed and within a short amount of time everything I asked for was on the counter ready for me.
