We have used GreenLancer for about 80 projects now. David has been our go to whenever we need help. He is very good. He always answers his phone and responds quickly. He has helped us throughout the process and I am so grateful everyday that David is on the staff of Greenlancer. Also Jeremy and Nick are also always available if we have questions or need help. GreenLancer made it possible for me to navigate the morass of code rules, local building regulations, and my utility interconnection requirements, in order to install my first photovoltaic system. Their online interview paradigm is easy to follow yet very thorough. It reminds me of online tax software.
I generated a simplified system block diagram to start, in order to communicate the basic layout. I also submitted a plot plan of my property showing the buildings and locations involved.
The GreenLancer online system worked efficiently.
I was happy to note that there is no annoying time-out, and progress can be saved at any time. And when I started a second quote, adding batteries to my system, most of the details and uploaded files were already pre-populated. Very convenient!
I think GreenLancer has hit a home run with this great new service.

My original solar panel installor went out of business and Drew Duncanson helped me obtain all the warranty information I had lost. Not only did he send it to me but he so so in a manner of days. He saved me so much searching and frustration. I can not recommend him any higher than 5 star but in my book he's a 10.

Great experience with GreenLancer who efficiently requested an inverter replacement via warranty and coordinated with a local technician for the install. It’s a lonely place to own an orphaned solar system following the bankruptcy of the original install co. When the inverter failed, I had no idea what to do until I talked to Drew D. at GreenLancer who identified the problem and managed the solution with excellent communication along the way. Thank you!

Awesomeness!!!!!!! Across the Board I had decided on Solar a few years Back and may a bad choice with a installer, Move Forward to the Present. GreenLancer My HEROs from up North Saved me and my Project they were able to step in look at what was going on and make it finally Happen. This is something I up until I found them thought never would have happened. But they were amazing they got with a Trusted Installer (LunexPower) in my area and together made it Happen. In particular, working with Heather Presper has been outstanding — she’s always on top of things, communicates clearly, and ensures everything runs smoothly. My husband and I installed our own solar panels and had a problem with our inverter 12 years later. The company we purchased our system from is no longer in business. Max Harris explained in detail how to get an RMA from SolarEdge for warranty replacement and how to find a local technician. It was reassuring being able to speak with Max directly and receive help.

I have had a great experience in our partnership with Greenlancer. Heather has been amazing to work with. She is constantly in great spirits and their entire team is always willing to help these unfortunate homeowners to help with fixing their abandon systems. Greenlancer truly cares about each individual homeowner and is constantly trying to help get their Solar systems up and running properly. Also a good experience is working with their Engineering and Design team. They give us our drawings back in a timely manner. We will continue to work with them and recommend them to others seeking similar services in the future.

Our company uses Greenlancer for everything we can in fact they are probably the best partner we have.

Our experience with Greenlancer over the past year has been great! We have used their Design service and the process is straight forward and one of the best we have used.
Donna, our field support team lead has been exceptional with assisting us with answering questions about assigned troubleshooting tickets.
