The person I initially contacted and worked with from this company in 2014 has since died. My original satisfaction with their work has followed a similar trajectory. Contradictory to their stated policy, per the owner, they discarded banners offering space on my billboard that I paid them to produce and install. When I spoke to the self-identified owner to seek an explanation, he invited me to sue him and then hung up on me. A second call was treated with similar disdain. Needless to say, ZERO effort was made to address the problem. In hindsight, I should have seen this coming when the owner twice stood me up on scheduled site-visits to discuss repair work. This was before I knew they tossed my banners. Employ this company at your own risk. And I took the owner's advice: I'm suing them.

I have been dealing with Great Lakes Electrical since 2004. I have always been very happy with their service. True next day service with emergency night and weekend service available. Polite and knowledgeable techs with well stocked service trucks. Competitive prices. Great Lakes stands behind their work. I highly recommend them. Great Lakes is my go-to for all my company's electrical needs.

Great Lakes has been my sign, lighting and electrical repair company for the past 3 years. After struggling with several other vendors, I started using Great Lakes and am very pleased with their services. I'm now saving over 30% on my maintenance costs and they stand behind their work. Nearly every time I call them, they have a technician out the next day and they are always very professional and courteous. It is rare to find a company that does this good of a job and is still cheaper than all of their competitors. I can't recommend them enough! Great job, guys!

Our kitchen electric outlet went out,of course, unexpectedly. I scoured the internet for a reliable, close electrician.

I called 2 left messages,with no response. Saw their listing with one good review. Called and was immediately asked what the problem was.
We were repaired within 2 hours. Quick courteous service and reasonably priced. Mow there are 2 positive posts. They deserve more. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I didn't know about electrical services or prices, so I spent hours calling and researching costs to get estimates on changing my bathroom and hallway wiring bc my lights kept flickering and blowing my bulbs, and my room light never worked. Every place I called was rude, I didn't know how to identify the issue and tried to overcharge me just to look. When I found Jay one and spoke to Jesse, he was very easy to talk to and descriptive on the issues and also took the time to discuss pricing and showing me the problems and how much higher prices were from other companies, he did an amazing job, all lights work perfect and even helped me install my ceiling fan and I finally have a ceiling light with fan in my bedroom.It saved me so much money and his professionalism was a 10 outta 10.
