I called Detroit handyman because the bathroom light wasn’t working and I had the pleasure of dealing with Aunter who came in quickly and was helpful in fixing it. Definitely would call again!! Very professional.

I needed two TVs mounted, a bookshelf moved upstairs, and a closet shelf installed. They went above and beyond. First, their professionalism was exceptional, something that’s rare in the service industry. They were even considerate enough to remove their shoes when entering carpeted rooms. They successfully moved a bookcase up the stairs that several movers had previously failed to fit. I'm extremely pleased with their service and would highly recommend this company to anyone. This is the type of company you don't go to. They only care if your spending money for their work. However if your just calling to genuinely help them they'll hangup. Had no idea I was going to invite them to my house to remodel my basement but at the same time know how to help grow their business even bigger. Wasn't even a damn sales pitch. I needed their help and was also willing to help and got hung up on. You lost business and business growth. Don't worry. Stay where your at. Hope you learn how to treat customers.

The crew was a bit behind schedule but showed up and handled the job perfectly! I am very satisfied with the job of removing my dead trees and they were affordable.

I called Oscar as one of his trucks hit one of my trucks. I had it all on drive cam video and sent it to him. Oscar was not the driver but was very apologetic as to the situation. He offered to pay for the damages which were minimal and sent me a money order for the costs. I don't know how his business runs as far as trees go, but I can say honestly that Oscar is a very honest man! Not many people in this day and age would have done what he did! He owned up to his employees mistake and made it right and for that I give him Four Stars. Honesty in business goes a long ways and I wish him luck in the future. Solid man right here folks!

Don’t book with this company, save youself the headache and go with someone who actually values your business.

I made the mistake of paying in full upfront for a cut on May 4th. They didn't even show up until AFTER 7pm. When it started raining, they started rushing. My grass was left looking completely uneven, and they didn't even do a proper cleanup.

The lack of professionalism is what really got me. It took days for them to even answer my messages. They eventually agreed to come back and fix it, but it’s been 10 days now and they haven't followed up or even tried to get me back on the schedule. It's wild to take someone’s money and run off knowing the job wasnt done right. I definitely won't be supporting them again.
