They did a great job removing a tree and trimming the rest of my trees. I’ve recommended them to all of my neighbors.

The job was performed in the time frame as promised, and at the agreed upon price. Since it was during a time when storms were prevalent, communication with the company was a bit difficult.

I would not recommend the professionalism was not on point. Did a horrible job and messed up my grass in the process. That was your company not Waterford. Your company cut down some trees and did a horrible job, I would never recommend anyone to deal with your company and shame on the government for giving you a license but we all know the government is not credible anyway

2nd time I’ve used them, 1st time great service, this time not pleased with how they cut my tree in front yard. It was supposed to trim branches that was on roof. Got whole tree cut wrong.

I have used J-mac twice. Once for a massive tree that required craning over my garage and another time for limb trimming. The crew was professional and timely in both cases. Definitely recommend J-mac

Awesome job! I am very impressed. Can't even tell tree or stump were ever there. Jmac arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up the debris, and there was a lot! I will be using Jmac next year to remove others trees in my yard that need to come down. Definitely my go to tree company.

J-Mac cut our tree down carefully, with no disturbance to the rest of our yard or our roof. They were timely, courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable. We w definitely use J-MAC again in the future.

We had a tree we thought was diseased. We called J-Mac to see what should be done. Within a week they had one of their reps here to look at the tree. He assured us the tree was fine it was typical for that tree to have spotted leaves in the fall. Thank you so much. We had to take down 2 huge maples in the early spring. We sure didn't want to lose another mature tree to disease. They did a great job. Wish I had gotten them to look at the others before they came down.

I used them twice for tree removal (large and small) and both times the team was professional, courteous, and showed up when they said they would.

One tree removal was very difficult but the team had the expertise to remove it safely. The other companies that looked at the tree either quoted me an exorbitant price or refused to do it.

I will definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional. It's true they come when they want. Off rip the owner was late for the estimate. He rushed me to make a decision or I'll loose my "good rate". Thought I did my research and paid half down. Work was supposed to start Monday it didn't. No call until 6am the next morning I get a text they'll be out between 8-9!!!!! Two men show up and left an hour later. No communication. No work was done. I mean nothing. I called and texted the owner to see what was going on and never got a response. Still no response So basically they stole 1500 from me!!!! Don't be fooled if you see this company coming run as fast as you can. Not legit or professional.

I was looking for a professional affordable company to remove several extremely large and tall trees from my yard, where I was placing a daycare center playground. Mr. Jmac came out for same day service with his crew. They were friends, professional, fast, efficient & accurate. He tackled a big job like it was small. These were indeed very tall trees almost 20-30ft tall. There was a tree that grew into the gate & several others that grew along side the gate inside & out. Some were even caught in power lines. Mr. Jmac & his company cut them down to stomps with no problem. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Great service! Excellent service. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend 11/10.

To make it quick to read, came in to cut my tree down and get rid of the stump and an additional stump I had(key word get rid of). While the work was being discussed he stated that they could do the clean up and everything, I said cool. So when the work was complete the wood chips were all over the place and I thinking are they coming back? So gave a call and texted him about it and told him that it was what we talked about in order to get the job. He then sent a picture of the contract that did not have debris removal checked and basically put it back on me (which was kind of rude to do in my opinion) End of the day, it was 100 my fault for thinking his word would mean something especially considering that was something I wanted done along with the tree removal when it was being discusses beforehand. He wrote up the order and I was just paying attention to the items selected and not any additional stuff not checked. Long and short customer service wasnt the best and communication was not clear about the job.

I got a tree removed and had Two stumps grind out and J-Mac tree and debris was very professional and fast. I needed my stumps to be grind out a little bit more and they came back out with no problem and took care of the issue. If you are looking for a tree service that is fast, resourceful and professional. This Is the company to choose.

J-Mac is amazing.

I own an investment property in Detroit - my tree fell on a neighbors house and I needed someone FAST for emergency service. J-Mac came immediately and sent me pictures/videos throughout the whole process. He was fast, professional and honest. They even helped clean up the small debris from the driveway. Price was very fair as compared with other vendors.

This was a BIG tree and they did a GREAT job.

10/10 would highly recommend.
