The first time I reviewed them I gave 2 stars. I was floored when I got a call from the owner Chris. He listened to my problems and wanted to turn it into a teaching session for his employees. That level of customer service is rare. He really cares about his customers and business. He went above and beyond. Outstanding and thank you!

Excellent service! I was having difficulty with my dish washer flooding everytime I used it. I thought i was going to have to buy a new one, but after I gave them a call, they were very polite and agreed to work with a time that was best for my schedule with the best rate in the area too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone having major or even minor issues with their appliances.

So Chris who’s the OWNER CAME! This guy was on time. He was set to come the next day but stopped in a day early, fixed my dryer in like 5 minutes or less and then let me know that the rental property that I’m in could have caught on fire because they DID NOT EVER CLEAN THE DRYER DUCT VENT! He literally was a life saver on this one. Bill them immediately. He was so professional and cool about it.

We had a problem with our freezer door not closing properly. We had one company come out and they could not fix the problem. We called C M ALL Appliance and we were immediately given an appointment for the next day. Their technician, Josh, immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and represented your company in a very friendly manner. I want to thank the secretaries and Josh for handling this so quickly for us. We highly recommend C M ALL Appliance for your appliance repairs.

First, they actually service Detroit and Highland Park! I called about 5 places before finding one that would service my area. The appointment was easy to make for the next morning.

Burt called about 5 minutes before he arrived which I appreciated. He wasn't able to work on the machine because unfortunately we called someone else before CM that left the dryer a mess. BUT, Burt gave excellent advice! Thanks so much for coming out. We'll definitely call CM FIRST next time.

Excellent service very prompt and knowledgeable. Have had Jack here previously for a repair on my ice maker, great job on that and my dryer. He also came with Joe who is training , both very professional, would definitely use this service again! Highly recommend!

Great to work with! They spent a lot of effort resolving my freezer issues. They were professional and considerate. They did extra work investigating solutions and communicated clearly. It was great to work with knowledgeable experts who cared about finding a cost effective and timely solution. I will definitely work with them for all my future appliance repair needs.

So I made an appointment for today but thought no one would show as it was a window of between 1-5. Called the office and spoke with Steve who found out I was scheduled for the wrong day. He offered and came out to see about my LG fridge when he was going to be going home. He saw immediately what was the possibile problem and and fixed the door of my fridge. I really appreciate him coming out since I had been waiting for hours for someone to call and show up. Thank you! 😊 I would suggest them if you have any appliance issues.

My dryer went out and Chris at c m all appliance repair came out. He showed professionalism and is very knowledgeable. He fixed my dryer I no time. Was very pleased with Chris would recommend this company.

Lived up to my HIGHEST expectations. This is not the first time I've used them and will continue to use them. What impresses me the most is their honesty as to whether the appliance is really worth repairing or not. Office staff and the techs are wonderful people. Awesome service!! Called this company on a Friday late afternoon because our oven stopped working in the middle of baking desserts for an important event the next day! Spoke with Chris (the owner) and he immediately came out within 30 minutes, even though they were closed for the day! He was very pleasant, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He had our oven completely fixed within 45 minutes and the service/parts charge was very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend “C M All Appliance Repair” to anyone looking for local experts in appliance repair. In a clutch they really saved the day!!

Very nice and professional team👍It was a blessing that they came to fix the dryer because they noticed the smell of gas and referred me to a business associate that can help.
Turns out the dryer was fine , but the knob was not engaging and was able to just use one of the another knobs on the dryer till I buy a replacement.

I contacted this company through the Home Protection Plan through DTE November 24. They came out part wasn’t covered. I gave him half of the amount they ordered it. It was the wrong part , they took $30 off my bill . they came back out November 30. Replaced the drain hose. , two weeks later here I am doing a review because I still have water in the bottom of my dishwasher , more water than I had before and I’m back to square one. #BeyondUpset
HOWEVER.. The next day, Chris came back out. ( Thanks to Michelle ☺️) He took responsibility and accountability. I am off for second chances, especially for a company that stands on accountability and are willing to make things right!!!!

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. I had called a different company that never showed up. I call CM All appliance repair that evening and he said he would be out the next day to take care of it. They were on time, very professional, efficient & the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again. The tech also wore a mask the entire time he was in my home. Thanks for a job well done.

My stove was flashing an error code and I had called some other places. Most of them, the service charge was higher and I was given an appointment that was 2 weeks out. Something just told me to look online and C M All Appliance Repair popped up. They had good ratings on Google and Better Business Bureau so I decided to give them a chance. From beginning to end they were professional and courteous. Im glad I made the call. They were polite when entering the home. They had their mask on and they were very knowledgeable about the repair. They diagnosed the problem and let me know when the part would be available and came out the same week to fix it. This place is a place every homeowner needs as a to-go repair shop. I will definitely call them again if I need service. It was fast, quality service.

No complaints. They came out and diagnosed my dryer the next day. The part was available the next day and they sent out a guy name Justin that did a super job in a timely fashion and he was also very knowledgeable. I would recommend this repair place!!!

Awesome job by Burt! He was pretty fast, having fixed my oven in under 15 minutes. I can cook again!! This was my first time using any kind of appliance repair. I called them weeks after I was given the quote. She was able to pull my info up immediately, ordered the part, and oven fixed today. I'll use them in the future with no hesitation. Price was reasonable as well.
