    Excellent service! I was having difficulty with my dish washer flooding everytime I used it. I thought i was going to have to buy a new one, but after I gave them a call, they were very polite and agreed to work with a time that was best for my schedule with the best rate in the area too! 10/10 would recommend to anyone having major or even minor issues with their appliances.

    So Chris who’s the OWNER CAME! This guy was on time. He was set to come the next day but stopped in a day early, fixed my dryer in like 5 minutes or less and then let me know that the rental property that I’m in could have caught on fire because they DID NOT EVER CLEAN THE DRYER DUCT VENT! He literally was a life saver on this one. Bill them immediately. He was so professional and cool about it. Thanks Again Chris!

    We had a problem with our freezer door not closing properly. We had one company come out and they could not fix the problem.     First, they actually service Detroit and Highland Park! I called about 5 places before finding one that would service my area. The appointment was easy to make for the next morning. Burt called about 5 minutes before he arrived which I appreciated. He wasn't able to work on the machine because unfortunately we called someone else before CM that left the dryer a mess. BUT, Burt gave excellent advice! Thanks so much for coming out. We'll definitely call CM FIRST next time.

    Excellent service very prompt and knowledgeable. Have had Jack here previously for a repair on my ice maker, great job on that and my dryer. He also came with Joe who is training , both very professional, would definitely use this service again! Highly recommend!
