I had a terrible experience with Mr appliance. I paid them to replace the springs on my Samsung washer which left my washing machine completely unusable.The washing machine did not have an issue previously (called them out because of a leak which was resolved once the washing machine was moved - most likely loose hose). They recommended at the time to replace the springs. I paid this in case the leak came back ( to avoid another diagnostic fee). After the replaced the springs on the washing machine, it started setting error codes as soon as it started spinning (due to being unbalanced). When the repairman returned, he claimed I needed to replace the motherboard (even though I showed a video with the error code setting in the first wash after he repaired). He did not attempt to investigate the spring installation at all and made a list of possible excuses. He still insisted the motherboard needed to be replaced. Between the 2 repairs, the cost would be more than a new washing machine. I instead bought a brand new washing machine. I completely regret having them out at all as it resulted in my having to pay to repair and replace a washing machine. I would highly recommend you find someone else for appliance repair.
