Ian from higher standards did a great job in diagnosis and repair of ice frost and water drain issue. I am very happy with service from Higher standards as call from reporting the issue, scheduling, communication was handled very professionally.

Jay was the tech repair person who came out and after just a couple of minutes diagnosed the problem with my Samsung Dryer humming away and said it needed another mother. He had one in his van and promptly took apart the dryer and installed the new motor. At the time he noticed one of the drum roller wheels were very tight and replaced that as well.
Jay was very courteous , professional and knowledgeable. -

Brian (?) from Higher Standards Appliance Repair came out on behalf of Samsung to replace the ice maker in our refrigerator. He showed up right on schedule and competed the work neatly and efficiently. The new ice maker works perfectly. He even showed me the difference between the original and redesigned replacement part. Would certainly recommend this company.
