Arrived 30 minutes late, went to wrong address and sent me estimate for a different customer before arriving. Arrived and took a couple second look at electrical box and told me a sad story about an outdated arc fault system or something of that nature. The technician seemed visibly irritated to have to speak and/or explain anything. Proceeded to tell me based on the drive time (30mins or so) that the replacement cost for 2 breakers would be $350. I asked did it involve any new wiring in the walls? And would the estimate be itemized? He simply said “itemize what?” rather rudely. The man seemed exhausted after telling me another sad story regarding personal politics so I just told him I’d have to think about it and let him exit. From what I gather in my limited research the price seems extremely high. Very odd & unprofessional experience also.

I called a few companies before calling Electix, looking for someone to come out to take a look at my electrical problem. Electix was able to quote me over the phone which sounded like a very reasonable price to fix my problem and come out right away! Brandon and Chase came out and fixed my issue within 20 minutes! They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They explained to me my problem and how they were going to fix it. They were very thorough, and efficient. If you are looking for a good electrician you need to call these guys. I will use them again if needed and refer them to anyone looking for an electrician.

A year ago we had electrical problems two weeks before we were going out of state for a wedding. We called a lot of the big name places and couldn't get an appointment before our trip. My wife found Electrix and called we had an appointment that evening. We needed new service and the relocation of fuse boxes to a new breaker service and a new meter. Jeff explained everything that needed to be done and gave me a fair quote for the job. Then I asked when he thought he could start the job and he said tomorrow. I was surprised and relieved to get it done before the trip. This was a huge job and I was shocked when I got home the next day to find the job almost done! It was amazing what the two of them did in one day. Everything was better than expected and very professional the whole time. They cleaned everything and left me no mess. I wouldn't call anyone else for electrical work I need done. We were able to enjoy our trip thanks to the fast service we received from Electrix.
