First year horrible service, twice serviced my neighbor lawn instead of mine.
Many apologies offered but no refund. This year atrocious. My lawn is dying and they don't even show up for prepaid service.

Jim the owner of KING GREEN did a free application for the nutsedge in my lawn when he came to put my LATE SUMMER application on. Much appreciated‼️‼️‼️ Excellent customer service ALWAYS. Thank you Jim

When I called and spoke to the owner about what I wanted done he said no problem. No extra sprays, no extra treatment, no surprises. Well, the following year I got surprise spray! It was "free" the 1st year and I didn't know about it so I had to pay for it.

Approve is a good company for lawn. Their product is perfect they use for the grass. The people work at a very nice people.

Our lawn is struggling. Jim has gone above and beyond to educate us on how to get our lawn back to green & healthy. Hopefully this is the year we become the envy of the neighborhood!

We have used King Green for almost 10 years and LOVE THEM! Great business....great people and have always taken care of our needs. Highly recommend them.

What can I say? My grass is truly greener now. No more worries about getting the right fertilizer on time. Started kind of late in the summer, but signed up already for the next year.

1st time using this company after using another company the last 4 years... they were on time, communicated well and provided some education to us, all of which was greatly appreciated. Hoping time will tell and our lawn will flourish.

My grandpa passed away a year ago. The estate did not renew the fertilizer contract . The house was sold but king green decides that they can continue service and bill you for it anyway. Even though you tell them that the person was deceased and the home was sold, they still send you a bill. They even refer it to collections. They will never see this payment (because they are stupid). KING GREEN IS A TOTAL JOKE.

Called yesterday 2-1-22 to cancel my service. Spoke to Terry Lynn to cancel after my conversation with her she told me she couldn’t do the cancellation had to have Jim call me.
When Jim did call me back the conversation ended in a very Rude and Unprofessional matter.

A company that believes more into sending you to collections then in taking care of your lawn. They caused my parents lawn to decay and then without approval continued the lawn service again. They were not nice and very rude on the phone. Look at these reviews before you deal with them. BEWARE. Your collection agency must be busy. So sad :(

I had to give them one star but I wish I could give them negative stars.I used this company for more than 5 years, however, this summer, they destroyed over $400.00 worth of flowers in the front of the house through employee error. When I brought it to their attention (I took pictures of everything) they were indignant and suggested that it was my fault. I had photos showing that where they did not apply anything the flowers were fine. They still suggested that I didn't know what I was talking about. I could not recommend this company to anyone. They could not have been more rude to me even though I had proof of what they did.

Very unprofessional, they’ll quote one price then tell you another. I feel like I was dealing with some shady individuals felt like a total scam

King Green provides great customer service and our family enjoys our King Green lawn, it's beautiful. I have recommended their services to three neighbors who asked me how our lawn is so Green, two now have their lawns serviced by King Green.

I have had King Green fertilize our lawn for a couple years now. Our lawn struggled with ground ivy and I could never get rid of it. With just a few applications and instructions from King Green on how to water and care for our grass in between fert apps It is looking awesome! THANK YOU KING GREEN!!!! They even threw in some awesome grass seed to help with the bad areas!

WILDLY unprofessional and rude. Do not spend your money here under ANY circumstance. They bill for services you did not ask for and then send you to collections when you do not pay for those services. They claim we asked for fertilization when we never asked for it and they could’ve killed my lawn because we already had fertilization service done by another company. They just took it upon themselves to fertilize our lawn and charge us for it when we never ask them to do that. We never signed a contract or asked them for that service however, they want to charge for it. Then when we called for clarification and to explain the situation they were EXTREMELY rude and talked over us the entire conversation. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.

Awesome company with great results. My yard has full lush grass with no weeds or insects. Terrylynn and Krista are super helpful on getting the guys out in a timely matter every season. Definitely will keep using them and enjoying the compliments.
