I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!! Long story short, someone falsely signed my name up with this company at their address. They had their lawn fertilized, made a few payments, then stopped paying. Now King Green says I am liable for the last payment because they have my name on file. They keep no record of payments, and have no real service contract other than a verbal one. Literally you could give them any name, not pay, and then that person would be held responsible for payment. It was even sent to a collection agency. I talked to the owner Terry Lynn who did not believe a word I said, and refused to do anything about it, just threatening that it would be put on my credit if I didn’t pay. Despite the fact that I do not own the house, and that the contract has my name and an imaginary wife, I definitely do not have, Terry Lynn still refused to even look into the possibility of fraud. They didn’t even have the right phone number on file. She was very rude and just kept saying I do not understand because I am not a business owner. I will be reporting this to the BBB and filing a police report also. Totally unprofessional.

Love them! When I bought my house the lawn was a mess after one season of treatment and care by King Green I couldn't believe my eyes! Not only did they transform my lawn but if I had any questions or concerns they were on it! Excellent customer service.

King green did a great job on my grass last year. I switched over to them when I became dissatisfied with my previous lawn care company. I have just signed up for the coming year.

If you like your lawn green, these are the folks that do an exceptional job keeping it that way. No hassles and no nonsense. Best lawn service I've had hands down.

King Green rocks!! I struggled with Turf Tenders and Tru Green for years trying to get a lush beautiful lawn. It never happened with either of these companies. I then took a chance with King Green and WOW! Within the first year of treatment I finally got what I was searching for for the past ten + years, a beautiful lush lawn! Any concerns I have had have been addressed immediately. Very friendly staff and extremely professional! Thank you King Green!!!

In my experience from King Green, LLC it is unforgettable. King Green's staff in the office and out are the most friendly and helpful people I have met. I have had their service for 5+ years and wouldn't think of switching to any other company like Trugreen. Any concerns or questions are answered and dealt with immediately. My lawn is the greenest on my street, along with everyone who has them in my neighborhood.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME PAY FOR A SERVICE FOR 2025 THAT I DID NOT REQUEST. SENT SOMEONE OUT HERE TO SERVICE THE GRASS PURPOSELY SO THEY CAN SEND AN INVOICE ON MY DOOR. I CALLED AND TOLD THE OWNER THAT I CALLED LAST YEAR 2024 AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE THAT I WANT TO CANCEL. THE OWNER BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR AND SAY LAST YEAR I DID NOT CALL. JUST TO RIP YOU OFF TO AUTOMATICALLY SEND SOMEONE OUT TO DO YOUR GRASS. IF I EVER GET AN INVOICE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER AND PUT SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY AND MAKE A REPORT. THIS HAS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY. THE OWNER NEEDS TO LEARN BUSINESS ETIQUETTE SHE WAS LOUD AND SCREAMING ON THE PHONE. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

The office staff provides prompt, courteous, and friendly responses to my questions or concerns. The lawn crew is quick, efficient and does a great job of cleaning any excess fertilizer from any concrete areas. My lawn was in rough shape last season and I saw enough improvement to warrant a second season. I am looking forward to even better results this time.

Had them for years. No major complaints on service. A few dandy lions along edge. Little crab grass . Canceled yesterday because or repeatedly calling for extra services some auto and lots of people calling me all from king green Worse than any telemarketers. Unacceptable . And they are very pricey. Called Jennifer on August 21she made sure I got a email confirmation

Let me start by saying I’m very particular about my grass. I have been using King Green for over four years now and they are the best. Terry Lynn always takes good care of me and all my friends and family. I would highly suggest them to anyone that is looking for a great lawn service.

I have been using King Green's services for over 5 years. They are very reasonably priced and have great attitudes. The office staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend their services. I have brought them many customers and even my parents houses use their services too. They also offer a great referral program too!

Unprofessional staff. I have been a customer the past several years and have been generally satisfied with their service but since I got a dog I decided to not pay for service this year. They would typically send some specials and reminders in the mail to renew in the off season. Be aware they automatically renew your contract whether you pay in advance or not. They applied fertilizer to my lawn without me knowing and then billed me for it. I called to understand the situation since this caught me off guard and the lady was immediately very rude and combative in explaining their policy to me. I am guessing she receives calls like this often. I'm disappointed my experience with this company ended in a negative way.

Hard to work with. We prepaid every year, and we’d get bills each time they came. We’d have to call every time, and they would then clear the bill, but very annoying that we had to do that.
Then we moved, and they came the following year (even tho we didn’t ask or prepay… which we prepared all 3 years), and then they billed us even tho we didn’t live there.

I’ve been using King Green for the last four years and we continually get compliments on how beautiful our grass looks! I am surprised to see any of the negative reviews because I’ve never had nothing but positive experience with this company!

Miss Terry Lynn is always professional and very nice to deal with and she has always answers my questions quickly! I have always referred them and will continue to refer them! 😊

Been a King Green customer for 7 years! They do a great job! I especially love the prepayment discounts they give for their services. They are very nice on the phone, and will take the time to reach out if they notice something with your lawn they can help with. Very satisfied customer.

Very unprofessional, especially the employee who answers the phone. Be aware...they automatically renew your contract. I went with a different service this year not knowing this. 2 days after my lawn was treated by a new company KG shows up. When I called, the person with whom I spoke was very rude and said she could not process my cancellation. While she could not process my cancellation, she made it clear I would have to pay and if I didn't would turn me over to collection. That same rude employee has badgered me since with phone calls and emails. Because of this experience, I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

I have used this service for years and the lawn just kept looking better. They don’t simply dose your lawn, they give you tips and recommendations for how to care for it after they have left. Their team has always been so friendly and I have never had a time where they didn’t answer the phone or get right back to me. I have greatly enjoyed their service and we always received compliments on our lawn the entire time that we stayed in our old house. I went with a new service when we moved and has since gone back to King Green. They are worth the money.

Company will NOT STOP SERVICE. I have used them for three years and this year for Service they automatically just Billed my Credit Card
Without even asking if I wanted Service. Wife and I tried several times to Cancel Service and told them we don't need their services. They hit your Credit Card on File even after you stop Service . I made a Complaint with American Express and Money was sent back. Now a Month later I recieve an Invoice and I call King Green and they tell me I SIGNED A CONTRACT AND ITS CONTINUED SERVICE when I never Signed a Contract...I was Yelled at and Told my Bill would be sent to Collections. I told them I'd just pay the Service as it wasn't worth the headache of small Claims Court. We will see what happens next Year if they try to Repeat Service...BUYERS BEWARE Horrible Customer Service and impossible to Cancel Service !!! If it happens Next Year I will Fight it in Court! There are several other Complaints just like Mine on this feed multiple people have had Same Exact Isssue...

King Green is the best at lawn care ! Mike the one that takes care of my lawn is excellent and takes the time to answer any of my questions. They are always willing to change your day if needed. I have been with them since the beginning

I was using king green for my previous house for about 3 seasons. My grass looked way better after the first season. Keep in mind it may take a full season to see results as I did, but it is worth the wait! Eventually my neighbors noticed and about 4 of them signed up with king green because my lawn looked so good compared to theirs 😆. I recently moved to a new house and signed up with them. Can't wait till my lawn in my new house looks like my old one.

This is my 3rd year with King Green and I've already paid for next season. You won't find a better company. My grass has never looked better. The service team is very knowledgeable and offers great suggestions. Very friendly as well. I always get compliments from neighbors walking by.
