I’m confused why I was quoted $200 just for them to come to the door and tell me how much it would cost to replace a kitchen sink! I live less than two miles away from the “office” so definitely not a location issue. How does this place stay in business!!

We had some water valves replaced by Mrs Michael’s Plumbing and were very pleased with the plumber who did the installation: Carter. Carter was courteous and professional, and completed the requester work in a timely and skilled manner! He cleaned up the work area when completed and walked me through the work he did to make sure I was happy with the installation. He was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Mrs. Michael’s plumbing if you need any plumbing repair work.

Used Mrs. Michaels Plumbing for the first time for 3 different repairs I needed in my home. I would highly recommend them and their technician Braydon. The jobs were explained to me before and after and Braydon did a very nice job cleaning everything up. I will definitely use this company again.

Electrical fire from the light switch and two blown fuses. Maurice was very polite and a quick and quiet worker. He was very detailed in his explanation in how and what needed to be fixed and the pricing (which was very fair). Everyone I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful and nice would 10 outta 10 recommend

I didn’t end up using this company’s service because their phone is automated and I had called another company in the meantime. I will say I am very appreciative of the technician who called me back after I set up an appointment because he guided me in the right direction and I was able to figure out my issue. With it being a holiday (new years day), this was a huge financial help to not have to have emergency services. So THANK YOU!!

The people that work here are awesome. Unfortunately, when you sign up for plans, they don’t tell you you have to keep them for a year and they charge you fees to cancel them .their prices to fix things are astronomical and unreal.

Dave came out to check for a water leak around the dishwasher area. Turned out to be the dishwasher itself and not a plumbing issue. He was able to find the cause in the dishwasher and was very thorough in his investigation. Well satisfied with Mrs. Michael plumbers and would recommend highly.

His nickname was red. So that's what we call him, did a very awesome and professional job was very courtesy, cleaned up nicely after the job, everything looks great. And the toilet works awesome will recommend him again and I will only ask for him to come out. To my home , I will definitely recommend him to friends and family

Great prices and Seth did a great job explaining everything as he completed each step of the repairs. They show an 810 or 517 area code but do service wayne county.

Mrs. Michael came through with a great quote for repiping from cast iron to pvc! Jonathan was great, also provided other quotes for future plumbing work with ease. He was detailed and educational. K-Ron and Jacob work was clean and everything was done right, then city inspector was happy and approved all the work.

This company is fabulous to work with. The fact that they charge by the job, and not by the hour is instantly more affordable than other companies. I love that her motto is no creepy guys. I’m very pleased and will most Definitely use them again
