I called Mrs. Michael and received next day electrical service. I had several issues going on. My tech Joseph was very professional, friendly and informative. When he left all issues were resolved! I would definitely use Mrs. Michael again.

I had a great experience with the plumbing technician who visited my home. He clearly communicated his arrival time and kept me informed throughout. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and even found a temporary solution to give me some relief until the next team arrives tomorrow, I really appreciate his professionalism and helpful attitude.

From diagnosis to installation each and every team member that assisted me from scheduling , helping me make the best decision for my situation and follow-up ; it all made me feel very confident that I chose the right company. I highly recommend the Customer Care package because of the 3 part HVAC, electric & plumbing coverage at a very reasonable price with options of monthly or annual subscription.

We are very pleased. Seth showed up on time, was well prepared and professional. Was able to take care of the problem and show us all the issues he found. Gave us recommendations on how to deal with the things he found going forward. Will definitely use Mrs. Michael again.

What a great company where everyone is so helpful, respectful, and wonderful! From customer service on the phone to Maurice that came to our house to help us figure out what we needed and how to make it happen! We had an electrical emergency when three of our breakers stopped working after a power outage and we couldn't reset them. One of them was for our water pump! It was Friday and we were facing a weekend (at least) with no water, and Maurice came out the same day, helped us get our water on for the weekend, and set up an entire electrical panel install for that Monday morning!!! Jack and Mark Jr. came out and spent the majority of the day in the garage and outside on the roof changing everything out. Did I mention it was winter and we were having sub zero temperatures?????!!!!!! They were so nice and respectful! They wore booties over their boots every time they came inside. I explained to them that I had an adult son with autism in the house, and they not only understood, they went out of their way to include him in our conversations, and they were so patient! It took them several hours, but they got along with each other, they communicated clearly with me, and even when I knew they had to be frustrated and freezing, they never complained once. They never raised their voices, and they stayed so upbeat and positive!! I have NEVER had a better experience with a repair company!! I can't say enough how highly I recommend them for your next job!!

I had them do a full panel swap and EV plug installation.

Jack and his team worked quickly and were very helpful. They moved a cabinet after letting me know that it would block installation.

I also appreciated Ben, who did the initial estimate. He talked about books that he and my girlfriend were both reading, which was very nice.

I had my toilet replaced and the tech Seth did an awesome job. He came early and was neat with his workmanship. I recommend Mrs. Michael’s.

Joseph and the whole team are wonderful and very knowledgeable about all things that could be going on with electrical issues. He was able to figure out the issue in my home without ridiculous requests like precious electricians have tried. Top quality work and employees. I am so thankful I found this company.

Connor was professional, honest, & explained everything before work & after it was completed. We feel.so confident in his knowledge & work that we will be using him for other long needed electrical replacements in near future! So nice to finally meet someone who is helping us not misleading us. Glad we had him here today.

I was so frustrated on Sunday when my kitchen sink sudenly became completely clogged. We’re usually very careful about grease, so it was really unexpected. I called on Sunday and someone kindly helped me schedule an appointment right away. They were able to come out the very next day (Monday!), which I really appreciated! Red was the technician who came, and he was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained that the clog was likely buildup from many years ago, possibly from the previous owner since the house is quite old. That made a lot of sense. He fixed the problem and made the whole experience so much less stressful. I’m very grateful for the fast service and Red’s great help. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I was skeptical of Mrs. Michael when I booked an appointment and found out that they required a service fee to provide an estimate for any work. As it turns out, though, it was money well spent!
Mrs. Michael sent Justin P out the next day to review the job and provide an estimate. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and provided details of the work that would be required for the job and what the cost would be for each item required to complete the job. When I informed Justin that I needed to get the job completed as soon as possible, he made a quick phone call and confirmed that he could have Patrick H available within a couple of days to perform all the plumbing work required to relocate my washer and dryer, including running new water lines and adding a new drain catch for the washer. Patrick arrived as promised and on time the next day and completed the entire job that same day, much to my satisfaction.
Lastly, my rescue dog Brandy is extremely skittish around new people in general, and around guys specifically. I was happy to see Brandy cozy up to both Justin and Patrick almost immediately upon their arrival; an extremely rare occurrence for her. It sure helped that Patrick brought her cookies, too!
A 10 of 10 rating for Mrs. Michael and I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing requirements you may have. Very friendly, reliable, and they provide top-quality work at a reasonable price!
