All the workers were very professional efficient quick moving clean knew exactly what they were doing took care of the problem removed the mold had no dust in my place basement whatsoever use the machines to keep it all dust free they did everything they said they were going to do very happy I highly recommend this place. Very Professional. From start to finish they explained things as they completed started and completed them. They took their time especially in the beginning to make sure that I understood what would be happening, and if they had to make adjustments they explained why. I would definitely recommend.

A couple of days after taking a terrible fall in my garage and injuring my back and foot I came home from work and to my horror I discovered my laundry room was flooded with a 154 fluid ounce bottle of laundry detergent. I came so close to slipping and falling again. I just could not believe what I was looking at and had no idea how to begin to clean up since I am not even able to bend over. I called Kevin in a panic and asked if he could help me. Within 20 minutes my request was dispatched to Hugh. He assured me he could help me. He was there the next day by 9:00 am and did a fantastic job cleaning the room. I am so grateful to Kevin and Hugh for helping me with this hopeless situation. I highly recommend ServPro!

Contacted Tracy when we had a pipe burst at our store location. She was fast an efficient at sent someone out to our location immediately. She was so great that she even showed up herself to help with the clean up. Tracy is very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I definitely recommend contacting her for any needs you may have for home or businesses.

Servpro continues to show that they are the absolute class of the field when it comes to restoration and cleanup. My sewer line failed at my house that I’ve been in for about 18 months which is pretty much every homeowners nightmare. There was water everywhere throughout my basement. When my insurance connected me with them I was immediately impressed. They were available to come to my house within 30 minutes of getting off the phone and I have no doubt they would’ve arrived on time due to the fact they showed up exactly when they said they would every time after. The professionals that came to my house were simply awesome. I got the impression they loved their jobs because they were always extremely pleasant but additionally, they were always happy to explain exactly what they were doing and what I could expect. Their thoroughness put my mind at ease because I no longer felt like I was in the dark or backed into a corner with these unforeseen problems. I don’t want these problems again but I will most definitively be reaching out to Servpro again if I have to and that’s on GOD. Absolutely top notch.

I called Servpro Oak Park/Ferndale after a window was broken in the entry door of my home. I needed someone to board it up for security purposes until I could arrange to have the window replaced. I cannot express how grateful I am to Servpro of Oak Park/Ferndale. My review covers using them as a commercial client and a residential client. I had the most unfortunate start to the year 2023 with my business and home flooding literally 7 days a part. Overwhelmed and devastated is a understatement of how I felt with my ability to earn income and suddenly being homeless happening at the same time. For my home they came out right away and extracted the water. Tore out damaged cabinetry and carpet. Dried out my Granite floors and packed up all of my family's personal effect with extreme care and detail so I could locate personal items.

I was updated daily on both projects and pricing was fair. The level of service and peace of mind far exceeded what they billed for the work. You may find cheaper but I assure you that you will not get this level of service, respect, detail and professionalism. I never felt that my level of service was affected because I was a woman client.

Excellent experience working with Servpro. They had two technicians and equipment at our manufacturing facility within an hour of our call for help with a major roof leak that occurred during a re-roofing project. The techs promptly assessed the the entire problem and returned shortly with the additional equipment they had determined would best dry things out as soon as possible. Due to their quick action and proper equipment selection and placement we were able to avoid moisture damage to expensive inventory and machinery.

10/10. Highly recommend! Recently, I had two water leaks a month apart and Servpro saved my bamboo floor – and my sanity. Both times, the water saturated the same area and leaked through the basement ceiling. The fact that the floor survived two floods is a testament to Servpro's restoration expertise and customer care. I cannot say enough great things about Mike B, Eric, Hugh, Carrie and everyone else that helped me. From the first phone call to the final walk through, they were kind, communicative and professional every step the way. They also made the insurance claim process a breeze. We were fortunate to have ServPro on our side during the June 26th sewer drain back up! We had just renovated out basement and lost everything! The crew that came out was extremely knowledgable and professional! The worked long hours to remove our flooring, cut drywall, test and cut plaster, sanitize and dry out our basement. Our business has a baseball facility upstairs. One of the sprinkler systems got hit during a practice and needless to say our business was flooded. I contacted Tracy at SERVPRO and she was very professional and efficient. I had trucks within an hour to assist us with all of the water damage. Most recently Mike came out, assessed my sandy basement floor(flood brought in sand), explained the process, and came back to clean the floor.
Mike and Josh thoroughly re-
moved all the sand from my basement floor, dried my floor and sanitized my floor. I’m very satisfied with the results and am ready to have new basement carpet laid.

I had a company come to my home for an evaluation of a possible repair that left me concerned as it was very costly like $21,000. I followed up with a different contractor that indicated that he had been in the housing business for many years and suggested that the roof needed replacement nothing more. No signs of anything more required, everything appeared solid. I took it a step further and decided to have one room checked out by Servpro, I had a wonderful representative which was Dan, he checked out the room for purity air, any leaking, or discoloration also check for any underlying issues with walls he found nothing for them to service. He walked me through step by step answer every question he was wonderful.
