I am a very delayed in sharing my experienc with Servpro, but i want to correct that. In 2022, my family was notified that our younger brother was discover deceased in his home. This was a huge schock to all of us. My brother lived alone and had no family in Michigan. The house needed to be cleaned before we could access it and I reached out to Servpro in Ferndale.
Luckily, I connected with the production manager, Hugh Russell.

He arranged to have the house attended to, place a lock box on the door and met me the day I arrived to attend to the necessary matters. I don't know what I would have done if he had not gone above and beyond to assist our family during this terrible time. I am forever grateful at his kindness and assistance. I had to trust him and Servpro to take care of the necessary tasks which included accessing the home and securing the home.

First and foremost they do an excellent job removing water and provide good customer service. Even though their prices are high they come to your home really fast. They are the company you want to call for an emergency. However for non- emergency issues, I think women may need to do get some additional estimates before doing business with this company. The reconstruction estimate they provided to me was outrageous they were going to charge me for laying tarps on the floor when the gentleman told me he would paint the baseboard before coming to my home. As a result, I found another company.Ladies, please please read your estimates and invoices.

Hands down best provider for service with anything dealing with all issues surrounding any type of home issue or loss. Very professional and friendly, helpful and honest. Our home insurance had ServPro come out to clean up our bathroom and kitchen ceiling after we had a leak. They came out right away and did a great job opening everything up to look for damage, cleaned it all up, and made sure everything was dry. Mike and Josh were knowledgeable, professional, and helped us out through this process. I would definitely recommend ServPro.

We had water coming in from family room from backyard after several weeks of excessive rain. Contacted Serv Pro who upon approval from insurance, came out with a crew and immediately tore out carpet and padding. They cut out drywall and removed insulation. Lots of dehumidifier and fans which were checked daily for readings on moisture levels. The guys and their team were great. Professional and courteous as well as informative and knowledgeable. We had water damage in our kitchen resulting in our wood floors being damaged. State Farm recommended three service companies and we were fortunate to call ServPro.! They were out the next day started the mediation and were very professional, courteous and decisive on what had to be done. Shout out to Carrie ,who has the franchise , her employees Mike, Josh, Dan, Jeff and Al. All these guys were super and made this easier to get through. Servpro continues to work on getting our home back to normal but I would not hesitate to call them in the future, but we don’t have to do that. Thank you all.

Experience has been 10/10. Had SERVPRO come out to deal with the damages due to a pipe leaking inside my wall. So far I've had the pleasure of working with Dan and his crew on the demo/remediation side. I truly couldn't of been in better hands, they worked quickly and efficiently, there was constant communication throughout from Dan, of what was going on, why it was happening, etc.
I've opted to work with SERVPRO on both the demo and reconstruction side, and I think everyone would benefit from doing the same.
Fingers crossed nothing happens at home again that warrants me having to use them again hah, but if I did. It would happen without hesitation! Will definitely recommend to any and all that end up in a situation like mine!

Erick and his team were incredible in the process of getting our home dried after a pipe leak. They were communicative, educational, and responsive to all of my questions. They got the mitigation tools into our home quickly and took care of moving furniture / flooring / cabinetry all in-house which made scheduling much easier. Great customer service and saved me money! This was the easiest part of dealing with a roof leak. I had water damage to a small spot in my 2nd floor ceiling that occurred months ago, I ended up getting a new roof and then had a mold inspection conducted by a 3rd party afterwards to determine next steps. The mold report did not find signs in the air, but still recommended remediation. I called ServPro of Ferndale to get a 2nd opinion and help on next steps. Gino looked at my mold report, came over the next day looked at my concern, went into my attic and gave me an honest opinion. Thank you!

From interacting with Erick on the restoration to working with Jack Pesha on the scheduling of the reconstruction, I couldn't be happier with the results. My kitchen looks exactly the way it did (maybe even better) than it did before the leak. Both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with all the work.

Dan, Josh, and Al were extremely professional and efficient during a stressful time with a basement water leak. They communicated the problem in a way that I could understand it and took care of things extremely quickly and cleaned up after. Plus they were just really nice guys. Highly recommend

ServPro was quick on the scene, early in the morning of our house flood and got right to work from the get go. Daniel was very helpful in explaining the process and getting his team to work on boxing up all our items and moving them out promptly once the PODs were ordered to our house. At this juncture, ServPro has completed the Mitigation process and we are comfortable enough to now move forward and use them in the Recon portion of our house restore.

I had the roof, house and garage cleaned and I am so pleased with the results. This is the 2nd time I've used Always Cleaning because they do such a great job .
