A contract was signed for a significant amount of money for snow removal/salt treatment. This company continually fails to show up unless being promoted by phone calls or complaints…by the time they eventually come out, only a half ass job can be done because of the amount of traffic that has been driven over the snowy roads compacts the snow which turns the roads into a sheet of ice. The lack of timely service also contributed to a car accident in the subdivision.

My yard is large and oddly shaped so it is a challenge to mow. Synergy is the first company that actually looks to make sure they didn't miss any spots. The other companies we have had in the past have always left odd mohawk lines which made the lawn look untidy. They are very timely and I love the auto pay so I do not have to worry about the payment. I would highly recommend them.

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with! I hired them in May to put in a patio. They showed up at the beginning to dig a hole in the backyard and have not been back again to finish the job!! It is now late October. They don’t return calls, they have $5000 of my money. Warning do not trust this company!!

I usually am very pleased with Synergy Lawn care but as of Tuesday of this week (5/14/2024) I was not pleased with how my lawn was left. It was cut shorter than usual, and the clippings were not mulched therefore they are sitting dormant on my lawn causing my lawn to look very dry. The clippings were not collected, mulched or even blow off the grass. I can only hope that when someone reads this not so pleasant review, it will be addressed. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience with this landscaping company. The workers showed up clearly intoxicated, used extremely inappropriate language in front of me, and even hit my car while on the job. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services.

Thank you so much Synergy I would not be able to live in my house if it wasn't for them.I work very long hours leave for work at 5am and get home at 11pm so with them my front grass looks great. It's so nice to come home and it's done and looks good one less thing for me to do. They do a great job cutting and weed wack making the house look nice thank you again for all of your hard work.

I am so incredibly grateful and pleased with Synergy Lawn Care company! They are the epitome of a phenomenal customer service vendor. We are dealing with so much at home. Illness being the chief concern for us and it has left our ability to keep up on household maintenance matters often lacking. On several occasions we have requested changes in schedule and this company has on each occasion, gone completely out of their way to help. They are meticulously flawless in the care of our yard. On one occasion we witnessed a new hire perform a task quickly and not exactly well. The team mate who had seniority spotted it immediately and jumped in to not yell or ridicule but actually, told him what the standard was then showed him then watched as the new hire performed the task again. They didn’t know we were watching. This is the definition of integrity. They are our HOA snow removal service provider and do not come fast enough. Previous service provider came by early afternoon when we had snow storms. Throughout the year, they have come for the first time between 7-9pm and with the amount of snow, they need to staff better to respond to snow storms more efficiently.

When I happened to check my files I could see I had the lawn cut service from Synergy for the last 7 years. Today I want to say I've been satisfied with their service. They are always on time to show up every week. Their works are always professionally done with a final blow-up to remove all derbies. John has been responded to my orders and questions in a timely manner.
I'll definitely recommend his team to my neighbors and friends.

I switched to Synergy Lawnscape during mid-summer. I was not satisfied with my current service. From my first phone call to the office the front desk assistant Tiffany was an absolute gem. She answered all of my questions and assured me that her team was happy to receive requests if I needed anything in particular. When the team came out to take care of my yard, they were so professional. It was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t need to request anything because they did everything out of the gate that I wanted. Billing is very transparent, and they have an online feature. I would 100% recommend them based off of the last two months of service.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of service from Synergy Lawnscape LLC. Every time they cut the lawn, they leave multiple areas of uncut grass. It's as if the job is done halfway, with no attention to detail. Even worse, their mowing consistently blows grass clippings directly into the mulch beds. Instead of correcting the mess, they then blast the area with a leaf blower, which scatters mulch all over the lawn. They walk way leaving a total mess; mulch and grass on the sidewalks, driveway and walkways.

In my experience dealing with the owner, he is an extremely trustworthy individual with high business ethics. If we were located in their service area we would not hesitate to hire them based on his character alone.

I had a citation from the city and had to have the lawn down by 8 am. I Called Eric after 8 pm, and he came over that night to give an estimate. He showed up tomorrow morning at 7:17 am to start working at 7:30 am. He was prompt, polite, and helped me out before my deadline for 8 am. His workers were very nice. I’d recommend him to anyone. I am going to use this company from now on.

He even helped the neighbor next door who also needed the assistance while multi tasking my yard. He did an exceptional job. You won’t be disappointed.
