I can't say enough great things about this company, we had a pipe break in our basement and John from Adams came in and handled everything like a pro! Very professional, clean and respectful of us and our home. We were totally overwhelmed and John helped us handle every aspect, including dealing with the insurance company. They were paid for their service awhile back and John is still helping us tie up loose ends. Amazing company and amazing employees, I highly recommend their services.

I called Adams Complete Cleaning & Restoration on 08/06/2021 to conduct an estimate of how bad the mold is in my crawl space, utility room, and family room. They sent a technician out the same day to take pictures of my home. I never received any phone calls back in regards to the photos taken of my home. I waited 3 weeks for a response. I called again on 08/18/2021, I was then informed that they will not give me my estimate despite not informing me of any prices. I needed this information to give to my lawyers from a negligent job a plumber did, Adams Complete Cleaning has made the situation worse with the companies lack of information. Customer service is terrible I received a disrespectful and non professional response of " estimates are not free" when I simply asked about the status of my estimate. I would not recommend service from this business. They are not professional at all.

Owner the response you presented is a complete lie. Adam never offered me the opportunity to pay for anything or presented to me a rough estimate as you claim when you came to my home. His response to my original request was " The Owner doesn't want to get involved in legal situations". I never asked you to get involved in ANY legal matters period, I just expressed my situation at hand, and stated this matter was of importance to me and my family. You owner took it upon yourself to not service me at all out of fear. I also presented my contact information on your website to reach out to me personally. You still have not contacted me to resolve this issue at hand in regards to the horrible communication your team seems to produce!

We have had Adams Complete Cleaning and Restoration work on two of our homes. Once for carpet cleaning and once for a mold problem. Both times they performed beyond expectations. Everyone from the managment to the workers ons site were professional and thorough.

I had a raccoon get into my roof and cause some damage to my home. Adams took care of the entire process of restoring my home. The communication was some of the best I have experienced when dealing with a business. Chris would always keep me up to date on what was going on and when things were going to take place. I was able to call and would always receive a timely response. Dealing with issues involving your home can be very stressful. It was good to be able to deal with a business that actually decreased the amount of stress my family was dealing with. Everything they said they would do, was done with excellence. I would highly recommend Adams to anyone looking for cleaning and restoration services.

Our basement flooded while we were out of town, Adams was responsive and on site quickly. Their team was friendly, compassionate and hard working. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family in a time of need.

John and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up our home after we had a kitchen fire. They worked with our insurance company and made the process so easy. I tried to do a white glove test after they were done but John had beat me to it and showed my wife earlier that day. Our house smells and looks great. Thank you guys so much for helping our family.

We had a kitchen fire which Adams was contracted by insurance to restore... and we decided to stick with them (could have contracted our own restoration services). Adams was professional and thorough. Not everything was perfect the at first pass, but they fixed what we were not pleased with. Some of the sub-contractors could have been better, but all in all, we were very pleased at the end result.

Adams complete cleaning and restoration is a true blessing! When a 30,000 lb tree branch fell on our house, they quickly mobilized to make our day as stress free as possible. They are wonderful to work with, very connected in the community, and extremely knowledgeable. We could not be happier with their work and customer service and highly recommend them! So thankful for John, Kris, Adam and their entire team!

We had a wonderful experience with this company! They were referred to us by one of our employees who used them for a residential basement flood and were very happy with those services provided. We are a business that had some flooding this past summer and they were extremely responsive and had a crew here within hours. They were very professional and got the job done very quickly! We would definitely use their services again. I also want to mention Tanya in customer service who is always very pleasant and helpful!

Very nice crew that came to our house. Even though we had to do something different, they still offered to clean up the water and let us throw some stuff away in their truck. I would highly recommend Adams. Adam made sure to stay in contact and got us in the next day.

I enlisted the help of Adams Restoration after my condo sustained soot and smoke damage from a fire in my complex. I call them my "Warriors of Good" because of how they brought me from such an overwhelming time to a complete restoration. They had a ton of experience and knowledge. They taught me and listened to my questions and concerns. They sent GREAT people, kind and respectful people, from their company and from the many companies they sub-contracted to handle all of my specific needs. Each contractor specialized in an area of need and each was kind and thorough and excellent in their craft. Experiencing a massive restoration throws you off and those guys who came in here were so kind! I had no idea what an in-depth journey I was starting and they really helped to ease it and make me feel taken care of. They reduced stress by working with my insurance company and responding to my questions. I appreciate all of them from the office to the first responders to all the sub-contractors and the guys who did all the removing and lifting and cleaning. I highly recommend Adam’s cleaning and restoration. We had a significant amount of rain the past week and our sump pump failed. I called a few companies and was still waiting to hear back when someone could come by. I tried Adam’s cleaning and they were at my house within 2 hours and even apologized for not getting here sooner. He was very thorough looking for areas of moisture. The crew got started immediately. The team was very professional and hardworking. They definitely took a lot of stress out of this unfortunate situation. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again but I will call Adam’s cleaning if it ever does.

Adams Complete Cleaning was at my home today. Great service. My kitchen walls were grease stained from winter cooking. They thoroughly cleaned everything, cabinets walls and they even remove the refrigerator and clean behind it. I was very impressed with their quality work. I would recommend them to anyone. They are coming back, To clean my carpeting. I am looking forward to this job being done and I am sure they will do a great job. Great company to work with.

Our garage ceiling collapsed bringing down drywall and insulation everywhere. Adams came out late night just to make sure we could get our cars out in the morning. All the workers were pleasant and very professional. They were on time and their work is top quality. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Our basement flooded while we were on vacation due to a pipe bursting on the first floor. When we returned, my family did the clean up. We then hired Adam's Restoration to do the repairs - our basement dropped ceiling was destroyed, and the flooring was damaged.
Chris led the effort, and ensured that the work was estimated, planned, and completed.
Dan did the ceiling work; he is a really great person - he showed up when he said he would, and found alternatives for the dropped ceiling when similar tiles weren't available in a timely manner.
We had our basement belongings stored and reinstalled by two separate teams - Lisa and Andrew, and Matt and Mike. They all did a fantastic and quick job of storing and re-installing everything quickly and safely.
The job is all within the AAA cost estimate. A contractor had come out and given us an estimate that was double the price, and told us we should sue AAA to get more money so the job could be done. Adams came out and did the job within the allocated budget, and our basement looks beautiful.

After pipes burst on Christmas Eve, our insurance company put us in contact with Adams to clean up the water, as well as replace drywall, paint, and install flooring using Michigan Flooring. Our contractor, John, was great to work with, and took us through every step of the process. All of the subcontractors who worked on our house were professional and courteous. We are very pleased with how our house has been restored to its original shape.
