Loved ur service. I was tired of having reckless cleaning by other companies. Then, i called them to give them a try and recieved one of the best services. I needed someone quick to clean my condo so I could sell it. Wendy came through and cleaned it herself even though she had a sick employee call off last minute. My condo looks great and I recommend and will use her services again.

The employees are very professional. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. I own a historical home that requires dusting, polishing, and the waxing of a great amount of wood molding and floors. I’m very thankful for the them.

The ladies who came to clean our house were friendly and seemed competent, but many of the spaces we asked them to clean were still dirty after they left. We came home to find dirt and dust on the windowsills, floors that hadn’t been touched and obvious dirt in the kitchen drawers that we had asked them to wipe out. I wonder how they spent their time at our home. I feel we wasted our money and I would not hire them again.

This is 3rd year we have used Brighter Cleaning Services for a deep cleaning before the holidays. We are always pleased with results. Corey and Gabbie were great.

Brighter Cleaning recently cleaned our house and I couldn't be happier!! The entire experience was wonderful. I have never had our house professionally cleaned and they exceed my expectations. The girls that came did an AMAZING job and they were so quick and professional.

I had a couple of cleaners who didn’t do a very good job so I was desperate. Justin answered my request on home advisers and he was very accommodating. The Calvary arrived today in the persons oh jasmine Jen and Amy. They said they would take of everything and they did! It wasn’t long and the house started smelling clean. They are a great team and went about the business of cleaning. Fantastic job! I highly recommend them!

Corey and gabby have been cleaning my house for the past year or so, and they always do an excellent job. Motivated, highly competent, and always friendly. Really nice to have a properly cleaned house to start the week.

The first team that was sent did a great job, however the Lady that was leading that team it was her last day with the company. After that , there were 3 women that every week I would have to review and have them dust a room they missed, and not thorough in their cleaning. It was a lick and a promise. I called and complained and their manager Amy came out to work with them, that day an improvement but since horrible. For my husband to notice missed areas being cleaned . Today, I just spent several hours in one room cleaning floors and areas that were blatantly missed last week in cleaning. As I said to their manager I had the same house cleaners for 15 years, never had a problem. It just seemed that these ladies were not happy and were on a quota system. Get in and get out as quick as you can. My house which is 2500 square feet they were done in an hour. Missing cleaning floors, entire rooms to dust. Unacceptable.

Had them come for a routine house cleaning, and wow! They’re thorough, reliable, and it’s clear they care about each job. My floors and carpets look brand new. They’re my go-to cleaners now!

I was told that Appliances are covered in deep cleaning however, none of them were cleaned.
Things they took:
They also took a full bottle of the cleaner that was in the kitchen. Weird but my patio door stopper was also gone/taken. (Rest of house is empty because of the move).
Things they dint clean:
The closets still had spiders and webs. The only thing they did was vacuum and bathroom cleaning. They called me in an hour so I gave a $25 tip for the speed. I regret and understand why they were done so quick.
I read reviews that they come out and fix things that they missed. I have been calling for 20 days and have left messages. no responses. I am finally writing a review.
