Ron's appliance did an awesome job. They came diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and in a few days had our dishwasher fixed. We were very happy with the service. Thank you

These guys are the absolute best! Our fridge stopped working on a Friday and they could not come out until the following week. But they did walk me through what to do get it running again until they could come out. When they did come, discovered that it wasn't a problem with the fridge, made sure it was working, and said no charge for the service call!
Thank you so much!!! -
I have used their service for three different appliances. All our encounters have been positive. Because some parts need to be special ordered they need to come out to make sure of what they need. If someone knows a company that does free trips I would like to know who it is!

I'm a little frustrated because before I went to them people raved about how they would sometimes tell you what the problem is over the phone..but on Saturday when I called all the guy did was just ask what year and brand of wash machine I had. Very short, but ok thats fine. He told me a guy would come on monday. That was very prompt, so I was happy with that. However a guy came and literally all he did as walked downstairs, hung up my hose (the hose bt my wash machine and sump pump) and handed me a bill of $78. I get that companies do service charge, but really for that? That could have been explained over the phone. The guy was not even at my house for 10 minutes, and did absolutely no work. Anyways, when the guys moved the hose, the end of it moved and got stuck under the bobber thing on my sump pump making it so that it wouldn't work- which resulted in my basement flooding on that side by the wash machine, which got our carpet remnant soaking wet. Not sure if thats completely ruined.. I just can't believe I'm stuck paying $78 for them flooding my basement. Yep, maybe I would never have been able to know that the hose was the problem but it as YOUR guy that caused my basement to flood which was a huge mess, and possibly ruined my carpet for good.

Ron's Appliance didn't properly complete a simple igniter install causing a fire in my oven to destroy many of the ovens parts including a gas valve that can not be replaced. They will not make things right. Since then Ron's Appliance has not called us once. We have called them several times over 7 weeks and every time we get excuses, broken promises, and No action. It is not appropriate of Ron's Appliance to expect a family of 5 with young children to wait weeks to have their oven repaired when Ron's Appliance is at fault for it being broken. Ron's Appliance even cashed our check after they botched the repair and we ended up paying for a service that destroyed more parts than what was originally broken. After 7 weeks now we still don't have a working oven and no idea when we will.

I have used this company for years. I call them first when I have an appliance that needs repair. Today they came to "fix" my washer. Since it was just a switch that needed adjusting, it was fixed quickly and NO charge - not even for the service call! Yes, I will call them first next time as well!

Charges $78 just for a service call. Did not have this information before. Took them just a few minutes to diagnose a very pricey fix. I didnt go ahead with the fix but still was charged the $78. Their response was that other companies charge more. I called Johnsons Appliance Repair right after Rons robbed me and they charge $55.

I had an issue with my fridge and I was able to call and get answers all from the one phone call! Jeff is so easy to work with, caring and transparent. I trust him with my appliances.

I've worked with Ron's Appliance for years, we had a washer fail and they came out with in 2 days and rectified the situation. On top of being kind and courteous they did not charge me because it was simple fix and they were in the area. A family owned business.

We've had Ron's Appliance repair our appliances quite a few times. They are great to work with - Awesome family business. I highly recommend them. Great customer service. I'm always confident in the advice they provide as they are honest & fair.

I called Ron's Appliance for a cut over from propane to Natural gas about a month before I needed to do it. I talked to them and they took down the part and my information. They did let me know that the part could be on back order because of Covid. I said not a problem, nothing we can do about that. I called Dec 3rd for the parts and they let me know they would get them on order and let me know when they arrive.
My cut over happened January 5th. Day of the cut over rolls around and everyone shows up except for these guys. I call to figure out what is going on figuring the part was on back order as I was warned but wanted to know for sure. They said they never put in any order for my name or address. When I gave him my address he said "Well that's why, we dont even service that area." It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
Now through another appliance company I am 2 weeks out from getting my oven/stove working again at the earliest. On the plus side not having an oven to help with meals for my family has let me grill more. So thanks for that I guess. -
Knew our input/intake sensor was bad on our dishwasher (since that's where the water was spilling our from) wouldn't order the part without first coming for service call. 5 min/ $78 service call confirmed same thing. Supposed to come back with the part to put it in on Tues. Oh all booked up. Came Thurs bet 12 - 2 but our son was running a few minutes late to let them in. Said they couldn't wait (even though last time we waited an hour past their window last time we used them) So it was ok for us to miss 3 hrs of work, but they wouldn't wait 5 extra minutes. So we had to go pick up the part and put it in ourselves! Disappointed.

We have been using Ron's for several years now. They have fixed our dishwasher twice, our oven, our washing machine and were honest when they told us it would cost almost as much to fix the refrigerator as it would to buy new. Always polite and easy to work with!

This place was recommended to us by another shop for repair work as our oven and stove are basically obsolete. I spoke with Jeff, the owner, and he was a great help. He was very honest about costs/benefits of fixing our appliances or having them serviced in ways that our gas company said might help, but probably wouldn't be useful. We appreciate his transparency and integrity.

They repaired a very old Kenmore washer us. The repair man was very knowledgable and analyzed the problem in a short time. He told us that the part was still available to order and when he expected to finish the reair. He also gave us a "ballpark" cost for the repair, that turned out to be quite accurate. We were very pleased with the cost and the service and would use Ron's Appliance Repair without hesitation again.

Ron’s did a fantastic job repairing our complex oven. Couldn’t get other companies to even look at it. Jeff and Alex have sold us on Ron’s Appliance Service. They have professionalism, knowledge and fare cost. Thanks!

Extremely fast and knowledgeable. They diagnosed The issue with my dishwasher in less than 5 minutes, and once the part was ordered and came in they were here for 15 minutes repairing it. Very happy the service they provided and will definitely use them again in the future

These guys were great! We were having issue after issue with our refrigerator - and it was just not getting fixed. But, they kept coming out and repairing and trying to find the problem. After several service calls it is finally working! We truly appreciate all they have done. They took excellent care of us! I would recommend them to anyone!
THANK YOU! -
We have used Ron's several times and they are honest and fair priced. Was told the service fee upfront and the diagnosis was correct the first time every time! We payed what the estimate was and both times they came back and installed the special orderd parts for no additional cost!

Great business, good advice, very practical. I used them on the dryer, and they told me not to fix the washer, it was not cost effective. Good advice. Okay, now a year later I am editing this to say more good things. This time I am in a rental house and they show up and fix it, right. They show up when promised. They either do the job or show up again. Nice people, so honest and reallyl good at what they do. Thank you, Ron's.

My wife called them about our washer that broke down. They came out and explained it would be near five-hundred to fix (even though they would have to reschedule and couldn't do it even if we wanted to then). They were at our house barely ten minutes and charged $68. Sixty-eight dollars to drive down the street and do nothing. Now let me add that they never mentioned the charge on the phone, I assumed there would be, but not that much. A little honesty would have gone a long way and we could have politely declined.
