Over the past 5 to 10 years, from my viewpoint, customer services has gone to the wayside. However, it is good to know (and nicer to say), that That1Painter showed me customer service is alive and well in West Michigan with all the people who work there! Kudos to Steven, Evan, Pedro and all the crew!!
They came and did everything they said they would...painted the trim, ceilings and walls for the kitchen, living & dining rooms and two hallways. Beautiful job of painting with attention to detail. That also included the moving out and putting back of all furniture, window treatments and preparation of all surfaces.
There were a couple small glitches that remained small because Evan & Steven were off and on site constantly overseeing and staying on top of all that was happening. Evan, appreciated your listening skills and guidance as we went into the project. Steven you have a great team. Appreciate the hard work, team effort and communication.

My wife and I had Evan and his team out to repaint our master bedroom and our bathroom. They were very fast and efficient and was reasonably priced compared to the other coach we’ve gotten around town. I will be using Evan and his team again in the future my painting projects.

Evan and Steve were both great to work with and went above and beyond. Everything from meeting me at Sherwin Williams to look at paint colors to changing light bulbs for me that I couldn’t reach, Evan was happy to help. It was always very easy to get ahold of Evan with any questions. When issues arose on the job Steve was quick to address them and found solutions. I would definitely recommend them.

Isiah and Steven were great. I’ll be using them again on my next project.

One of the best decisions I have made recently. We all want to save money and tackle it ourselves, but I know my limitations and desire when it comes to painting.......so, I contacted Steve we scheduled a time, and he promptly came out. I told him what I was looking for, we did a walk through, and he had an estimate for me prior to leaving. I sat on it for a couple days gathering other quotes (5) in total and decided with That One Painter for a few reasons "not in any order" (1) cost (2) professionalism (3) gut feel, there was no pressure at all, Steve answered all of my questions and honestly it felt right. It was a full 3-day effort the crew was punctual, professional, and clean the quality of their work was impeccable, once complete we did a walk through to ensure my satisfaction was met, and I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them, I would attach photos, but they just left, and they house is in disarray :)

We are so happy with the results of our deck staining. The job was done quickly even considering a couple of rain delays. They came highly recommended and they did not disappoint.

Evan is a great communicator first and foremost. He was helpful with color choice and sheen. He took extra time to make sure I was making a good color choice.
