AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Find someone else. Wish I could give 0 stars. Awful experience from beginning to end. Was in middle of purchasing a commercial building that needed immediate roofing work. During the purchase of property it was communicated multiple times that the purchase of the property was contingent upon them being able to do their roofing work asap to prevent building damage. They told me one date. Then every 10-20 days they would change it. They would not communicate this to me. I had people calling me from the office scheduling the work telling me the roof would be done by Monday. Only to call Monday and find out they are still a month out from getting the parts necessary. They then proceeded to schedule another job in front of mine because it was a big client.

So after months of delays, and every time I would call in they would have a resource give me a different excuse why the materials were late or not ordered… if it was the same story I would be ok, but clearly was getting a different story from each employee before they could talk to each other and sort the story.

Adding on top of the complete nightmare of the service they provided. When they finally did come to do the roof, they caved in the entire roof for half of the building and fell into the building by (luckily my staff were in other part of building and not damaged by the falling ceiling) but keep in mind they did all this damage to my building during the installation. They didn’t offer to discount anything, they barely offered to clean and even that was only after I called to speak to higher up’s. They left their mess, cleaned barely anything. All the chilling tiles were damaged and the tracks they were sitting on. I had to pay 1k to replace all the damage and the company did nothing to apologize or reimburse for their damage during the installation.

Irish was great to work with. Aaron was especially awesome! Very communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way! He was very patient when I had to keep rescheduling due to our claims adjuster. Would definitely recommend Irish Roofing and Exteriors!

Very happy with the entire project. Our salesman Matt V was very informative and was able to work within our budget. Communication was very good and kept us informed of the status of our project. On the day of the job the crew arrived on time. They were very polite, very professional, and worked hard. They did a great job. Clean up was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone.

In all honesty they’re lucky I had to give a star in order to do a review because I got my roof done about nine or 10 months ago and the crew was great Cleanup was awesome they made sure they went through and got everything Picked up but they absolutely didn’t touch any of my drip metal from my old roof and as far as I know it was included in the estimate got no answers for that but today Marks the fourth time my brand new roof has had a leak and now today’s leak is a steady decently paste leak in my dining room running down my wall onto my brand new windows I know they don’t do interior repair . With that being said and with me having to call four times because of leaks I would strongly suggest business elsewhere

Marci Moon, Traverse City, MI: We had hail damage and our insurance company paid our claim for a new roof. Ryan was our rep and was great from the start. He helped us tremendously throughout the whole process. The service was fast too, our roof was completed in a day. We were happy with everything except the final color. The complaint I have is the swatch I picked looks nothing like what’s on our roof. We picked the top color in the photo 1, Georgetown Gray. I assumed the roof would be a solid dark gray, no variation in color. Both the sample photo and the shingle swatch indicate no color variation, just layered dark gray shingles. The roof that was put on has several variations in color, looks like about 4 or 5 in depending on the time of day. I suggest Irish takes more time showing customers what the swatches will actually look like on the roof. I’m so disappointed. We were supposed to get a call from management, but never did.

They were supposed to do our Roof Gutters Siding Screens Garage Door lights and Ect! After I seen how the Roof turned out I was glad they had to Chase another Storm! I have Text from our Salesman Josh saying the Job they did was not the way they do things! Also have Email’s saying the Samething! Go Local if you care about your Home! Please I will let the photos show it all !

This is our second time we have used Irish for our home’s exterior. The last time, a few years ago, was for replacing our roof and this time was for new siding. After having such an exceptional and satisfying experience with our roof replacement, there wasn’t much of any thought of who to go with when researching someone to do our siding projects. With all of our projects the skill and great work ethics came through with the quality of the work and timeliness in completing each project! Our roof was completed in a day, siding projects in under a week. We have been completely satisfied with all projects and love the new updated looks of our properties! Of the two siding projects they have just completed one is here in town, but the second was up north at our cottage that they even did as well. We can’t say enough about Irish roofing and exteriors and highly recommend their work!

I first talked with Casey! He was so nice. Very polite and professional. The crew was efficient, they got right to work. They found an issue with the deco boards. They reached out to their office, got the supplies needed to insure a sound and safe roof. The color which Casey choose and I approved, matches perfectly with our siding. Follow up and communication are top notch.
The only issue was a small amount of roofing nails the crew missed when they did the clean up.

Builders left personal items behind in our yard. coke Cans, waste. No Simple and effective cleanup of the site.
Rakes left knocked over and out of their holder.

NOW- onto the roof job.

The roof itself is missing patches and seems like it was thrown on in a hurry.

When I called to inquire “why” our yard was now in disarray from whence it was left:
No aptitude for a quick resolution on his end.

I can’t say I will recommend any Irish roofing service to anyone who asks…

Mango Roofing is top notch. Orlando is very pleasant, knowledgeable and delivers above expectations. He actually is excited to help you pick colors and trim colors to help all blend in with you home. Having large flower beds was a huge concern of mine. He showed up early and we brainstormed how to protect them using items around the house plus his plywood sheets. I am happy to say that Not one plant was damaged.
I honestly can not say enough good about Mango Roofing and his crew!!

UPDATE: April 2026.

I have had a continuous problem with a corner of the roof coming up AND sections across the front popping up.
Sophia came out again on 3/30/26, took pictures and said she would discuss with her team.
It’s been 4 weeks with no response and now their voicemail no longer says “Mango Roofing”. I have left messages and text with no response.

Their address is insufficient also online and on Original invoice.
They bailed on the repair.

Great work. They were professional and thorough from start to finish. Communication was always quick and they went above and beyond my expectations.
