I have been looking for a contractor to handle a national customer of mine who is based in the Grand Rapids area. I have called on 5 subsequent days looking to speak with someone who can help get this scheduled and taken care of. Although their website and phone recording speak of handling national accounts, it seems only 1 person handles all the scheduling and new customers. That said, this person is also completely unreachable and never replies to voice messages. I thought I was being patient when I waited 5 days before calling anyone else, but I suppose these guys don't care. If they don't have the time for me; I don't have the time for them.

Management at this company needs to educate their drivers on safe driving. One of their vans nearly caused a wreck on US-131 south of Cadillac, MI on 3/6/20 @ 5:29pm by driving erratically. Driving 85+ mph and on their phone! Ridiculous. Slow down and put your phone away! Not only is it against the law, but it is also incredibly irresponsible and dangerous to be texting and driving!

Everybody here is so friendly, and inviting. I absolutely enjoyed my time there for coffee with miosha.

We just drove past Van 569 and 563 on the road. I just have to commend their driving! When the lane was packed Van 569 allowed me to merge into traffic. Another instance was when I realized I was in the wrong lane down the road, van 563 slowed down and allowed me to get in the correct lane!

Mike and his team were great! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This review is not based on the work done because unfortunately this company has extremely poor communication. I called Tuesday to get an estimate and then to have someone come out. The receptionist told me they were pretty busy and would call me the next day to set up a time. Nobody ever called me so I reached back out myself and was told again they are busy and would call me Monday. Today is Tuesday of the next week and still no response from them, so it’s evident they don’t want my business. Pretty frustrating experience overall.

Karen had Tim get in contact with me and he made it out to my home within a few hours. He was able to find the issue within 30 min and get me back to business. Both karen and tim were extremely polite and helpful. The overall experience was extremely satisfying and the price was very reasonable.

Medler is a great source for Schneider Electric products. Great pricing and inventory levels

Medler in Grand Rapids area is awesome. Tim comes through with the materials I need every single time. This branch is constantly going the extra mile to keep my electrical projects stocked up. Highly recommend over the other supply houses in the area.

Shawn assisted us with a electrical emergency - 4 hour response time - at a local retailer. He arrived on time, clocked in and was very efficient from beginning to end. He got us all the required paperwork in a very timely fashion. Thank you, Shawn!
