I am glad I was able to work with Amp Electric! I reached out to several electricians for quotes and help with an EV charger installation and Amp Electric came out on top for price and service. Initially when collecting quotes, we were told by this company that we were best off upgrading our service which was going to cost a lot more than we bargained for. After talking with the owner (Joe) and one of the electricians (Zac), we were able to come up with a solution that ended up saving us a good deal of money while ensuring a proper install. Both Joe and Zac were knowledgable and very helpful with informing me about the best way to go about the project. After signing the contract, the permit acquisition, service, and inspection all occurred within a week's time; we were super impressed with how fast everything went. Thank you for your knowledge, patience, and expertise with this install. Highly recommend!

We hired AMP to add an electrical outlet above our fireplace, and they also mounted our TV. Everyone who came out was extremely nice, professional, and helpful. Communication was great, they texted us a heads-up before arriving, did an excellent job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

I just called the and scheduled a smart thermostat. Tyler came on time, explained everything I needed to know about the installation and got it done without any problems. Scheduling the inspection and installation was fast, easy and efficient, just a quick phone call. The process was clearly explained to me in advance. Joe and Katie were very respectful, professional, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. I have high standards in regards to manual labor and customer service. Honestly, I must confess they did a very good job. Matt and James arrived on time, performed the tasks to be done, demonstrated proper functioning to me and left the working areas clean. When you make an investment of this type (E.V.), you want to make sure your vehicle is protected against malfunctions. I do not trust Tesla products with such specifications to anybody, this is why I have chosen Amp Electric West Michigan. I am very satisfied with the service provided, pricing and overall experience.
