I had Grand Valley Electric install a new Generac in my home and am extremely happy with it. Since installation it faithfully test runs every other Thursday at the same time for a test. Also the owner (Eric) came and did repairs on the unit himself after I noticed it had an odd code in the memory which the manual said to call the installer for repair. I think the code was set when a tree nearby was struck by lightning I originally had another dealer set to come and set up a Generac when they had an automatic throwover unit to install with it but they were talking at least a 3 month wait. When I called GV Electric they promised to install the entire setup within a week , which they did without the wait. Excellent installation without any hitches! These guys are great! I called to have my new hot tub hooked up and they had it done in a couple days. They were less expensive than the other quotes. Real professionals and cleaned up when they were done. Would definitely use them again!

During a windstorm a tree fell on our electrical lines, pulling the lines down with it, and damaging our mast pole on the roof. We contacted Billy to set up an appointment for an estimate. Eric came right away to inspect the damage and gave us an estimate. They took care of contacting our local power company to come out and shut the power off. They secured the work permit. Alex and Bob did an excellent job. They extended the mast pole so the wires were up higher like they should've been to begin with. The guys were very polite. They cleaned up their worksite and were very organized. We are very happy with the work they did. I will definitely call Grand Valley Electrical Service, Inc. in the future for any electrical needs.

We used Grand Valley Electrical Services to install a whole house generator which will provide power during a power failure. The owner, Eric, met with us and reviewed our needs. He made a straightforward and honest evaluation and made two recommendations. He told of the advantages of each and we made our decision based on that. The work was scheduled quite quickly since he had the generator we selected on hand. The day of the installation two men showed up with the generator and got to work installing it They were friendly and focused on what needed to be done. They had scheduled a man to install the natural gas line to the device and they waited around until he was finished. They then ran a test to make sure everything was working properly. It was. They also registered the device with the manufacturer for the warranty protection. We were pleased from start to finish with the professionalism and the easy to understand explanations. We had had two other services out to evaluate and their prices were significantly higher and their expertise was significantly lacking. Highly recommend this company.

It was a very solid experience for us, the crew was polite and knowledgeable. One issue arose during the inspection which was not related to Grand Valleys work but to my own request. This company is great. They are very professional and clean. They had a solution to my problem of not having over head lights in a house that we had just bought. They came and installed the lights with the switch and ran the wires through the ceiling with minimal damage to the walls and ceiling.
