Communication was excellent prior to estimate appt but negligible after. No written estimate provided or timeline offered for project completion. Failed to respond to several inquiries/messages .. disappointed in customer service response 😔

Jacob with Eco Electric was incredibly knowledgeable, timely, affordable, and HONEST. He was able to help me restore power to part of my home (do to an error made during DIY demo) and he didn’t make me feel like a dummy lol we will be going through Eco for future electric needs.

Very impressed with their professionalism! They arrived on time for both the estimate and the scheduled time for the work. We upgraded one of our kitchen breakers from 15amp to 20amp for an above range microwave that was having issues (turns out the microwave is defective but should have been on a 20amp all along so now our kitchen electrical is to code!). They wore masks and shoe coverings in our house and cleaned up from the drilling required. They took the time to explain everything they intended to do and why, and when the job was complete they showed me everything that had been done. We have future electrical upgrades planned for our house so we will be calling them again!

I had circuit issues after a windstorm and had trouble finding an electrician. Then I call Eco Electric and had an appointment set up same day. Jerry came out and was very informative about the issue and restored power within an hour. He had to come back the next day to finish the job and replace a circuit breaker. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend these guys

Absolutely wonderful experience! My questions were answered with patience and ease. Jacob was really helpful and described everything he was doing in a manner that was easy to understand. I will be using Eco Electric if I ever need an electrician again. Cannot say how much I enjoyed my experience.

We are very appreciative of Eco Electric and the work they did to get our space functioning. They were kind, great in their communication and went out of their way to make sure we understood the work that was done. We will continue to use them for our electrical needs.

-Signing up for a quote was super easy, you just put yourself on their google calendar! Eco was actually the only electric company to get back to me, the other places I called and left voicemails with never called me back
-Great prices! We got a quote for the work we wanted done pre-pandemic from a different electrician and then got a quote from Eco in March of 2022 and their quote was LESS than the pre-pandemic one! We were ecstatic!
-Very communicative, easy to get a hold of and get quick responses via phone or email
-Very flexible, we asked to have something added to our project super last minute and they were so accommodating!
-The work we had done looks GREAT! We had ceiling fans installed in three bedrooms that didn't have ceiling lights before, had a 240V space heater installed in our basement, and then also had an existing light fixture moved. We are so happy with the work. And they cleaned up after themselves super well! It was like they were never there (except for our awesome new fixtures)

All in all, loved Eco Electric, have been telling everybody about them. We will definitely be going to them for future projects!

I had 2 other electricians out to give me quotes of $3800 and $3600 that claimed I needed to upgrade my electrical box and do more work inside my home wired out to my garage where my box is. Eco took the extra moment to open my box, inspect the wiring, and find I had plenty of room for up to 32 Amps for an electric car charger to be used. They were thourough and informative, quick to schedule me and the work was done fast and satisfactory in an hour for $450. Couldn't be happier. I got a handwritten thank you card in the mail after to top it off. Great company.

Eco Electric upgraded our electric to a 200 Amp service. The project took two days where they first came out to prepare and then on the second day they did the cutover and installed a new breaker panel. They also installed two new outlets in our living room underneath our desk. We didn't have to move anything and they quickly vacuumed up the drywall dust. They also drilled holes in the floor beams to install a new ground wire, also quickly vacuuming up the wood chips. They wore the shoe coverings to prevent tracking in outside dirt. They were very professional and experienced and answered all of our questions happily. The total downtime without power was about 7 hours to cut the old line, remove the old breaker box and install a new line. At the end of the day we were waiting on Consumers to come back out and inspect and turn the power on. Eco Electric went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure everything was in working order by the time they were done. Strongly recommend!

Jacob and Johanna did a fantastic job. I really loved the appointment for the estimate---Jacob spent a good amount of time with me figuring out what needed to be done that would qualify for code and also get me set up for the next set of electrical projects. Their estimate was SPOT ON, and the day of work was quick and professional and friendly.

Called to have guide replacement after storms pulled out of the house. Consumer cut wire and replaced it new wire. Jake had it done quickly and very reasonable. Definitely recommend them. I will certainly use them again if need arises.

I needed 2 240v lines installed. The team at Eco Electric was responsive and provided valuable feedback on the best way to accomplish what I wanted. On installation day they arrived at the time they said they would and got right to work. When little issues popped up they informed me and provided a solution. They got everything done in a timely manner and walked me though where the new breakers are and how to adjust one plug in case I need to change where it is. Everything was done to the highest standards and their team was very professional.

From quote to installation, Jake & Dave were on time, professional, and efficient.
