Excellent job done by Austin and crew. Tough removal of 5 trees with home, garage, and propane tank in the vacinity. They dropped them all no problem and did an amazing clean up. Even stacked the logs where I wanted for me! Very reasonable pricing for such great work. Much appreciated!

We were extremely happy with doing business with Larry's Tree Service. They were hard workers and kept cleaning up as they went. It was just amazing how careful they were with where the branches landed and to be careful of your requests about objects in your yard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

One of the best we have used. As the President of an HOA in Kentwood, I had a tree taken down in my yard. We have used many different companies but I will be using them again.

Larry’s lawn was very professional. They worked super hard. The guys were very professional and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves really well. Their communication was very good. When I asked for some additional limbs to be trimmed they were more than willing to accommodate me. I would highly recommend them!

Great service and great prices! Larry’s tree service was able to remove and trim my trees quickly. We were scheduled for one date and they were able to come sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend this company for their services.

I have a complaint. Your crew needs to learn how to NOT put a dumpster in the middle of the road and blocking another neighbors driveway. Also, before that they had blocked my driveway with a truck. I’m not even the house being serviced to nor is the house across the street from me. No reason to block other residents driveways! I’ve had to talk to them twice to move in one day. Better training on parking would be recommended to this company.

My wife and I can't believe the skill of Larry's crew and staff, as a retired Tool and Die man I have worked with skilled tradesmen my entire life and these professionals rank at the top of their game, easily 5 stars in skill level. All accomplished with no surrounding property damage.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Larry's Tree Service. They removed a massive 75 foot pine tree from my property quickly, safely, and professionally, and their price was far lower than every other company that gave me a quote. I was honestly shocked at how efficient the crew was — they showed up on time and had the tree and debris COMPLETELY removed within an hour and a half. The whole process was seamless and stress-free! You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing and you can count on them 100%! If you need tree removal done right without getting overcharged, I highly recommend Larry's!!! They did an amazing job at removing a tree that fell in our yard. They came out right away and took care of everything. They cleaned things up so well that you would never know a tree was there. All of the people were really nice and respectful of our property.

I asked for a quote for 4 trees(pine) to be moved, what a great low price.
So Big Chipper came out on 1/24/2020 and removed the trees and many other limbs from other trees. What a GREAT JOB they did. Excellent clean

From getting the quote to cutting the tree down, I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. The entire crew were very kind and considerate of our property and did a fantastic job despite the weather and difficult terrain to get to the tree. I would highly recommend Big Chipper and will use them for all future work needed at our property.

In response to the owners comment, no, I didn’t “mistake” you with another company. This is a valid 1-star review. You trimmed our tree 4feet into our property while doing work for the neighbor without our permission. You never responded to my or my husbands emails, or voicemail and refused to make this right. You left piles of branches in my yard because you “didn’t want to trespass” as you stated in my neighbors review. However you never left a note or knocked on my door to see if you could clean up the mess you left, it was up to me to find someone and clean it up.
So for anyone looking for a tree service, avoid this company. They’re not professional, polite or won’t take the time to respond to you if you have an issue. Apparently Google review is the only way the respond to people who have an issue.

We had our biggest tree fall in a storm last week. They came out quickly but completely trashed our back yard, and tore up our driveway putting huge cracks in our new concrete. They scraped the side of our house while driving their loader way too fast up and down our driveway. Our back yard has deep ruts from where they were driving, and they also never finished the job. Our whole tree, stump and all, ripped from the ground when it fell. They insisted they had to grind the stump even though it’s no longer in the ground. They left their trash and also their weed in our yard and haven’t been back in over a week. When my husband called to see when they’d be back they had completely taken us off their schedule yet sent us 2 invoices for an unfinished job. Not to mention they have had no one come out to assess all of the damage they caused. We can’t move forward with the rest of our clean up until they finish the job. To add to it I’m having a baby tomorrow and don’t need the added stress. Completely unprofessional and reckless.

I called the Big Chipper and they quickly came and gave me a quote and we were able to schedule as we needed. They took down two large pines and the pricing was good. They did not leave any mess and I am very pleased with the work they did!!
