The service man was very professional. Checked the air flow of the dryer and found that it didn't need any service. I respected his honesty by not lying and performing the service for the money. Can't say that about every business. I will continue using this business.

Charged an excessive $700 for what is commonly a $90 annual dryer vent cleaning. "Accident #1" -Serviceman broke my dryer vent as he pushed the cleaning tool inside the vent, an out-of-date method compared to vacuuming vents. To fix the broken vent, he cut 2 holes in my bathroom ceiling & wanted to charge me $100 to put a "cap?" over the second hole. "Accident #2" -He cut the 1st hole in the wrong spot. "Accident #3"- He cut through my bathroom ceiling fan vent, leaving behind 2 ugly, costly ceiling holes to repair, a bandaged bath fan vent, & a compromised dryer vent system. Run!!!

I paid $447.00 for a repairman to tell me my vent pipe was not up to code. Then he climbed in the attic, took about 2” of lint, and left lint on my floors and didn’t even take the lint in the lint screen. This was an amateur job and they barely did anything. He took the plastic off of the vent. That’s literally all he did.

Matt took care of all our dryer vent issues. I would definitely hire Dryer Vent Wizard again.

The work was done quickly and thoroughly.
The new vent cover will actually stay closes when not in use.
The dryer pipe was full of 17 years of lint.
I'm sure the accumulation of lint was partly due the the original louvered vent cover which was stuck partially open.

Cleaned dryer vent. Nice guy. But charged $250 to sweep out vent. I thought I was hiring someone to clean the dryer and the vent. I was shocked to discover that they don’t touch the dryer for that amount of money. Plus he was 1 hour early. But I cannot believe that there is no list of services included for that amount of money, and no list of prices for various services. I guess they decide when they arrive at your house what they will charge you. Anyway, stay away from this company!!!

Never knew needed dryer vents cleaned out. AMAZED at how much lint came out. Ended up replacing entire vent with hard pipes. Price very reasonable, service fantastic.

Did a wonderful job cleaning the inside and the vents going to the outside of the dryer. Assured me that this only needed to be done every 5-7 years. Very professional. Worked very hard to get it cleaned and running smoothly once again. Highly recommend.

Matthew did an excellent job analyzing my problem. He repaired the damaged exhaust pipe, cleaned behind the washer and dryer, cleaned all the tubing to the exit outside the house and replaced the vent door on the side of the house. He also checked air flow and got it back to the expected flow rate. I appreciate great work performance and the quality of a job well done. Tonu

We were able to get an appointment the same day I called. Our service professional was courteous and helpful. He explained exactly what he was going to do; recommended what was worth doing before we got new appliances and told us what to look for once our appliances are installed.

We own a rental property and live out of state. We couldn’t find anyone to come service the dryer between renters. They communicated well with our property manager to let them in to the house, gave me an estimate and did the work quickly. Then I got a call afterwards walking me through the repairs in detail. I could not be happier with the service provided by Dryer Vent Wizard. Matt Lewis, the technician, was right on time, explained in a manner that was easy to understand. He was very respectful of my home and even did a great job of sweeping up all the debris. My dryer vent "tubing" was clogged and even the tube in bad shape. He did a great job replacing it and gave me an extremely helpful diagnosis of my dryer's viability. I have recommended his company to four people already. I found it had been easy to forget the critical need for dryer vents to be cleaned in a timely manner.
