Hello I can’t help but to boost about Award Window Cleaning Services and my Grandpa. My Grandpa Mark owns Award Window Cleaning Services and Blue-Sky Window Cleaners. A week or so ago he did a GREAT Employee Appreciation Day for his employees, I got to help. It was fun. My Grandpa takes care of me the oldest "Jade" and 4 other grandchildren as our guardian. My Grandmother also handicapped by lower back surgeries over the last three years. Grandpa still has time to get us all to school, school activities, sporting events, and water skiing/ tubing once a week or more. Grandpa must be doing a great job. Last week he told me he is excited to reach 30 years at Award Window Cleaning in 2021. Then about all his customers that have been with Award Window for over fifteen years like Metro Health, Amway World HQ in Ada, Soaring Eagle Resort, VanAndel Institute, VanAndle Arena, DeVose Place are the big ones I remember. Oh and Haworth in Holland. I remember when we went to Florida to see Grandpa become president of the International Window Cleaning Association. That was very cool too, we got to go to Disney. I would give Award Window Cleaning Services 5 stars and my Grandpa 10 stars if I could. Love ya Grandpa.

Award Window is a great company to work with. Their Team inside and outside the office are always professional and thorough with that special hint of joy and pride in what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We contracted Award Window cleaning to wash our windows both inside and outside. They were professional and courteous and did a great job! Schedule early because they book up quickly!

I had Award Window Cleaning Services out to clean our gutters. After the first pass I was concerned that it wasn't cleaned properly and had some difficulty getting in touch to get that resolved. However, they did come and rectify the situation. Edit: I called to schedule a cleaning again this year and Aaron was very helpful and communication was great. Phone may be better than email. Changing my score to 4 stars.

We were told our house was a bigger project than anticipated but the cleaners left early after an agreed upon “do what you can in those 6 hours”. We expected a move in deep clean but didn’t expect perfection. Many areas were left unfinished (shelves, under furniture, walls, trim, blinds, closets). We were told most time was spent on the wooden floors and bathrooms. Which our expectations were higher for more areas. We wound up hiring someone else who did a much better job in half the time. Frustrating to say the least but the coordinator/owner was very helpful during the process and very communicative. Seems like it was miscommunication between us, cleaners and expected work. But for the price we paid (they prorated to an extent) and two cleaners I expected a bit more or a follow up cleaning.

I work for a construction company and use Locker for our post construction clean-up. They are prompt, courteous, and do a very thorough job. I highly recommend.

We had Locker Professional Cleaning Service recommended to us by our realtor as a cleaning service to use prior to our showings. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. I scheduled an appointment online and was contacted to schedule a pre-cleaning walk through to ensure that they knew exactly what I was looking for. Jonny arrived on time and was very personable. I was not present for the cleaning and they finished early and were honest and charged me accordingly. Our floors have never looked so good! I actually reached back out to them to find out what they used on them. I highly recommend and will be booking them to relearn the new house that we move into!

It was easy to set up the service appointment. Emily worked steadily and efficiently. The results were great!

LPCS was so great to work with! Sara, the office manager, responded quickly to my emails and booked me a Move-In cleaning in a timely manner. Calla and Aleyna did a great job on the cleaning! They were very thorough and took their time. Overall, a great experience and good company to work with! We will definitely be using them again for future services!

We did not get what we paid for. Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with the cleaning team at LPCS. We hired them for 8 hours of work before we moved into our home, but there was a lot of things promised on what they covered that were missed.

Our floors in our bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned, around the toilets were missed, as were the lighting fixtures to name a few. We did not go through everything with a fine tooth comb like we should have, but for almost paying $900 for a cleaning we figured things would have been perfect. This is considering they didn't have to clean around anything since we were not moved in yet.

To make things right, for my wife having to cover the things that were missed they advised they would come back and hit the things that were missed at a discounted rate..... Pay again for things that were missed?

We declined this and instead they took $125 off our bill. I will say some things they did well on. My advice, go over things in depth with them after the cleaning to ensure you get what you pay for.

- I asked to have the owner call me on 3 different occasions, so we could discuss the invoice and services rendered over the phone. The phone call never came, instead we received a collections letter.
