Amazing service! We recently moved into a home with an existing sprinkler system that had not been used in over 5 years. I had no idea if it was even functional. Our tech Arvin was up for the challenge and was able to get our system up and running quickly with a few repairs. He was professional and knowledgeable, and even took extra time to show me how to use the system. I also appreciated the excellent communication start to finish regarding appointment reminders and arrival times. Cost was very reasonable!

Grapids Irrigation scheduled timely and came on time to shut our system down for the season. The technician was very helpful and thorough.

Max @ Grapids was great! He stayed professional despite me initially balking at the quoted price of repair. I agreed to the repair, and he quickly had it fixed. We turned on our system and ran through each zone and sprinkler head. Max found 10 heads that were either broken or leaking. Both of which would be problematic, so I had him fix everything. He was surprisingly quick! It only took him a couple of hours to fix my pipe and replace/fix 10 heads. I will call again if the need arises! Thank you.

I contacted Grapids because I was concerned about a potential drainage issue under our deck. Brad came by to take a look. He was very thorough and helpful: he provided an option for how the current setup could be improved, but also gave his opinion that it wasn't causing problems and didn't really need any work done. I appreciated his honesty as it saved me from spending $$ on unnecessary repairs.

Brandon was very polite and completed the spring startup and set up the zones and controllers with efficiency. He let me know that he could arrive earlier than our set appointment. He was sure to ask if I had any questions . Very happy with the service!

I used Grapids and a small/medium sized commercial project and have nothing but good things to say. The communication was great, which is huge to me because I have to report to my clients. The crew did a good job, left the site looking the same way they left it, and left us with a functioning system that required no call backs. They even laid down mats to stop the trencher from digging up the grass in the soggy areas. They also corrected an issue that was not there's to deal with while they were there. All very much appreciated and I will be using them again in the future.

I seen one of the drivers cut through 2 parking lots to turn the wrong way down a one way, then tells me to mind my business and proceeded to almost hit a company car in the lot, then takes off on to a main road. Horrible experience with the company just from being at my own job! Would never recommend this company to anyone!

I'm very happy with the service I received today by Tito Munoz from Grapids Irrigation! He was on time and worked quickly to identify the trouble and resolve the issue. His explaination was thorough and easy to understand.

I appreciated the detailed introduction of the technician and the tracking information to help anticipate their arrival. Luis did a great job of quickly resolving my concerns and providing information on future enhancement opportunities for my system.

The quote and installation crew were great. However, follow up by the project manager for problems/issues/remedial fixes was totally absent. Would I recommend? Depends on which individual you are dealing with to manage the project.

Grapids Irrigation was able to come out the same day to rake a look at our leak. Roy was knowledgeable, able to quickly assess and solve the problem. He was also able to point out other areas we should watch out for. Great service!

Alex and Heath did a great job fixing our sprinkler system. They had to find valves, short circuits and leaks in our 30 year old system. It took time to find all the issues but they were persistent and finally solved all the issues. They kept us informed of the issues and action plan and were very easy to work with. Job well done!

Called Grapids moments ago. They want $79 + $8/zone to winterize sprinklers. So for 8 zones they want $143.00.
How can small businesses be so predatory even if they have a PhD in compressed hot air!

I have been a customer of Grapids Irrigation for over 30 years and the prices they charge have gotten EXTREMELY high. No regard for loyalty over the years. I will be looking for another company to service my Irrigation

Roy and Juan G. installed Christmas lights today on our house. They did a magnificent job. Our house looks beautiful. They worked well together and were very professional.
