We recently had a few large trees removed by Great Lake Tree Services and we had a great experience! The initial estimate arrived very quickly and the price was better than I anticipated. Josh was very responsive when I had questions. The guys doing the work were nice and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them!

Great Lakes did an awesome job at the tree work on our house in Forest Hills. We had three trees that needed a “haircut“ stumps to ground and miscellaneous tree work they were efficient on time weather permitting and did a great job. My parents were especially impressed with the cleanup And professionalism definitely recommend in the future

We had read great reviews about Great Lakes Tree Service, and we were not disappointed. They had to remove two large trees from a very small yard. It required a crane and team work. They were amazing. The job was completed in under 3 hours, and you would never have known they were here. All debris was cleaned up and removed from the site. Our hats off to Anthony and the crew. Josh and Nick were quick to respond to our inquiries and followed up to make sure everything was perfect. We highly recommend them.

Great Lakes Tree Service was very easy to work with, from the initial phone call to the actual work. They are very responsive, professional, and friendly people! We had a tree fall from a storm and they removed it for us, along with other tree branches from our other tree that it fell on. Nice work! I'll use Great Lakes again anytime!

I had a really difficult tree job, a very large old black cherry tree that was getting weakened at the base and at a corner area bordering two neighbors. Great Lakes Tree Service was literally half the price of another big name tree service that thought a crane/2 days was necessary and competitive pricing with others. They were confident in being able to do this safely and stay out of neighboring properties in the process. Everything went well (in one day) and really happy with my choice!

The team who did our tree removal - Gabe, Christian and Bradon - were nothing short of exceptional! We are so pleased with how efficient, pleasant, accommodating and thorough they were. In spite of the HUGE amount of work they did, our yard actually looks better than before they started because of their incredible clean up and careful use of their heavy equipment! A tree fell into our home/deck and after calling our insurance, they requested Great Lakes Tree service. - they were at my house to assess, same day. Tree removal done by the next afternoon. They were great with communicating and very punctual. Professional and went above and beyond, helping clean up all the shattered glass on my deck from the table.

After a tree fell on our roof, Great Lakes Tree Service was out to our house to quote the job within an hour of calling & then returned that afternoon to remove the tree. They were extremely efficient, professional, and cleaned up beautifully after the job. Very grateful for their quick response!

The Great Lakes Tree crew had the job estimated and completed within three hours of my initial call. The entire crew was professional—making sure not to block the public roadway and taking care to protect the driveway and surrounding areas. Everyone I spoke to at the company was friendly, informative, and most importantly, RESPONSIVE every step of the way. They even went the extra mile by helping clean up some of the mess the utility company left behind after repairing the power line.
With all the variables and equipment involved in tree trimming and removal, their pricing felt perfectly fair and right in line.

The church parsonage had this huge maple tree that could either fall on the house or the adjacent high voltage power lines. Great Lakes Tree Services had the equipment to reach all the way up there using a remote controlled chainsaw and clamping unit at the end of a crane boom. Branch by branch came down with no issue. They put down heavy duty mats to minimize lawn damage from the bobcat style branch picker. We filled up 2 loads of chips. They even maneuvered around the septic field to get the job done. As is turned out, the tree was living off of the septic tank which is another story! Highly recommended. Thank you GLTC!

I highly recommend Great Lakes Tree Service. Josh and his team were so professional and did a great job taking out an extremely large oak tree and large branch that had fallen off of the tree and into my neighbor’s yard. Also they removed 3 pine trees from my neighbor’s yard. Their prices were extremely competitive and the quality work was exceptional. Great Lakes Tree Service, was incredible responsive. They reached out to me within 24 hrs of my inquiry and were able to be onsite in 3 days. They quoted a fair price on a large stump grinding job and did an amazing job on the work!! I would highly recommend Great Lakes Tree Service for any of your needs!!

Quote was nearly 1/2 the price of other companies. 5 blue spruce down and completely ground up in less than an hour. Came back several days later to grind stumps and was done in 45 minutes. Great price, efficient and cleaned up! Highly recommended!
