This company,(MARKS PROFESSIONAL TREE SERVICE ), was far better than my wife and I could have hope for. They cleaned up every last branch and leaf . The guys did a great job on trimming our tree which was not small job. Great!

Very happy with Mark and the crew on the job they did trimming our large tree back from over the roof. They showed up on time with good equipment, got the work done efficiently, and went above and beyond cleaning up.

Mark and his team are West Michigan's secret weapon for tree service. They recently tackled a very large locust overhanging multiple parts of our home, with difficult access. Clean up was meticulous as well. Reach out early to book his services, they are busy!

I hired Mark's Professional Tree Service to do significant trimming of three large trees in my yard. Mark and his crew arrived on the next business day to do the job. They completed the work and cleaned up the yard in about 90 minutes. Mark and the crew were enthusiastic and professional. The trees look great and we are happy with the result. Our lawn service man and a regular walker by our house agree.

Excellent customer service. Our project was done in two stages, first the downing and removing of the tree (no raking on my part) then stump grinding once MissDig did their thing. Make sure you do this to help out and to protect your underground utilities. Mark uses a remote controlled chip grinder which is safer and more precise. His team did both our tree and our church's tree (repeat customer)

Mark took down a Bradford Pear tree. He did an amazing job. Took it down, took all the wood, took out stump completely, put down new dirt With grass seed, and cleaned up everything. He was quick to respond, showed up when he said he would. He was the best estimate of three I got. I HIGHLY recommend him if you need a tree down. Thank You Mark. I am so happy with the results.

Loved working w Mark's Pro Tree Service. I had an unusual request while working on clearing a hiking path on our property. He answered my call right away and told me that wasn't really what they do, but he wanted to help us out w our project as a good neighbor. Within a week we had the supplies we needed for our DIY project. We will definitely call Mark the next time we need tree service. He was very prompt, generous, and easy to communicate with.

Mark was very responsive from the start. I called on Friday, he came out on Saturday to assess everything, and the work was all finished up by Monday afternoon. Mark removed a large mulberry tree from our backyard. He gave an estimate one day and got it done the next! It's a messy tree that drops tons of berries, and we were nervous to have our new puppy eating them this summer. Mark and his employee were meticulous and easy to work with! Not only that, but the tree was partially stuck in the neighbor's chain link fence. Another company that looked at it said they couldn't remove that part, but Mark was able to. We asked how and he just said, "Very carefully." A great guy, a fair price, and top quality workmanship. Highly recommend.

They did a superb job taking down my two huge trees that were rotting. Mark came over game me an estimate on the spot and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Ground down the stump and removed all the wood and debris. Blake, Red and Brandon were absolute professionals and I really appreciated how they respected where my drainfield was and worked around it. Will definitely use their services again and would 100% recommend them for anyone needing tree services.

I needed a large tree removed from my back yard and Mark’s team did an excellent job. I was given a free cost estimate the same day of inquiry and was able to have it removed within the week. The team worked quickly and did a great job. In order for them to remove the tree they had to take down part of my fence and it was put back up in better shape than when they arrived. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them for anyone who needs tree service.

Mark did a terrific job for us. We had talked to some other arborists, but Mark was definitely the most knowledgeable.
He knew exactly what the problem was with our tree and told us the best way to treat it. He gave us the estimate on the spot, then he took care of the tree the next day. He is fast and professional, and treated our yard as if it were his own, We highly recommend him for any tree work you need done.

I had a mulberry tree that was leaving a mess with its berries and branches coming into the cable lines. They did a great job with communicating with me and cleaning up the branches at the end. When I called back about trimming up branches that were missed, they were very timely and came back out about an hour later where Greg took care of the missed branches as well as some extra. I highly recommend them and will be calling them back for any further work in the future.

Mark did an exceptional job with our stump grinding and removal along with our neighbors.

I had Mark's Professional Tree Service remove a 45' tree in my backyard. They made sure after the tree removal everything was cleaned up. They also ground the stump flat to the ground. Friendly staff. A++

We had a major limb come down out of our huge, very old tree and fall across the sidewalk and into the street on a Saturday night. The city removed it from the street and sidewalk that night and we left a message for Mark Monday morning. He called back right away and was at our house assessing our tree within a few hours.
The next morning he arrived with equipment and two of his crew to remove the fallen limb and then proceeded to spend several hours trimming our tree and sealing any place where bugs and critters had been living. He also made it safe for walkers to walk underneath it on our sidewalk. It was an exceptionally hot day and they worked for several hours without a break. Mark and the two young men with him were polite, easy to talk and were very knowledgeable. When they left, the mess was gone and our beautiful old tree the looked best it ever had, absolutely majestic.

Mark’s Professional Tree Service is amazing! We had a quote finished Monday which is the day he called me back from the previous Friday. Just that alone was an insanely quick turnaround. My husband and I accepted his quote Tuesday. By the end of the day Wednesday, 99% of the work was already finished. Mark and his team not only worked insanely fast, but Mark is also so kind. He was genuinely concerned about my husband and I with our unique situation from our past. He also showed great knowledge regarding the health of our trees. I could not recommend this service enough!
