This company has done numerous projects for me between all my properties. Estimates are free and quick and when it comes to paying it is also very simple. The quality of their work is impeccable and they are efficient in getting projects done. I needed some work done on the fly before a realtor came to take pictures and they got it done within 24 hours of reaching out and sent me picture updates while I was at work to keep me updated. I will continue to always use this company when needing projects done. Their pricing is competitive and the quality and communication from them is great.

We hired Chapton Construction for two jobs - a garage rebuild and a shed restoration. In both cases, they were prompt, efficient, and communicative. Unlike some contractors, we never had to wonder when they would show up, if they would complete the job. They also did superior work. His employees are both talented and courteous. Just very good people. We won't hesitate to hire them again.

Chapton Construction built a detached garage and new driveway on the original footprint of a demolished garage. They had the most detailed estimate including knowing all the city of Grand Rapids codes and their price was in the middle of the five estimates I got. Despite code issues (I had to end up getting a survey), my changing the plans and a record snowstorm they completed the job when they said they would and on budget. It passed all inspections and I was very pleased with the great communication through text and email. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
Almost three years later the garage door opener wouldn't work. Wayne from Chapton Construction returned my call within a day and repaired the opener at no charge even though it was out of warranty. Great customer service.

Wayne was the first to respond to my request for quotes in the Spring when everyone else ignored me. I liked him and hired him to build my garage. Although there were some waiting games on materials out of his control, in the end I got exactly what I imagined. He was patient with me and my probably over 100 emails throughout the project. Most importantly he is a normal person that talks to you like a normal person. I am extremely happy with my garage and will not hesitate to call him again for future work. Thanks Wayne and guys!

Have worked with this company many times. Did a great job with my kitchen remodel and was tentative to my needs. Electrician, Brian was thorough and worked around a lot of oddities with my old house. They did what I asked and had good recommendations for remodel!
