Chapton Construction was the first contractor I contacted that actually got back to me in a quick and timely manner. While others took days/weeks to respond, Chapton replied within minutes/hours. I shopped around and his estimates were lower than other quotes. I decided to go with Chapton based on reviews. I'm glad I did. After my garage was built, I went out to find someone to build my driveway. A few quotes later and I hired Chapton again. After the driveway was done, I asked for a quote on siding to match the garage and we agreed that his company would also be hired for my siding. He even went above and beyond to help with the odd sizing of the soffit put together by the previous owner. This was all done in a few months. I'm happy with his work and have not had an issue yet!

Chapton Construction built a garage for me in Muskegon. Due to issues with the city, there were a few changes required to our original plans. Chapton handled the whole permitting process and worked with the city to realize my vision in a way that would still get approved (which was likely a bit of a headache, considering the changes we were forced to make). Communication was timely and good. All of the subcontractors were very professional. Hiccups were handled quickly and professionally. The entire project was done very well and I am happy with the result. I don't think I could have asked for a better garage. I highly recommend Chapton Construction.

We had shopped around to compare costs for having our polebarn built. Chaptons quote was slightly lower than other bids I had received and I liked the idea of having someone local. The sub contractor and his crew did a great job building the pole barn and it was done on the time frame stated. Communication was good with Wayne/Brian/sub contractor. Had a damaged door and door panel which Wayne handled right away. I would hire them again.

Hired for a new bathroom remodel and a new kitchen floor for my mother’s mobile home. She needed a walk in shower and floor had water damage.

They went above and beyond what I expected. Showed up on time, communicated well and most importantly did an amazing job. So happy with the results. Great team from the drywaller ,floor installer and general workers. Stayed within budget. Highly recommended.
