We have had the monthly plan with Vredevoogd for years now. For a modest cost, it helps keep our furnace and air con going for a few reasons.
1. Because we are paying even a small monthly subscription, we are much more likely to get regular inspections. Which are free under the plan.
2. We feel that Vredevoogd does a good job valuing members. They did inspect and service our HVAC equipment before we signed up, and did a good job, but we do feel like a bit more of a priority now.

Just today, we had Aaron out to inspect our furnace, and he did a great job. See, our furnace is over 20-years old, but he didn't act like it is time to simply give up on it. He took the time to check the heat exchanger with a camera, pull and check the motor, and even added a couple bolts I missed when I replaced the moisture recoup cover myself. Among many other things. Too many to list.

This impressed me because we want to get more years out of our furnace, and when we do, it will be because of the partnership with Vredevoogd. If we didn't have them out regularly, we wouldn't have the requisite checks and maintenance to have kept it going for so long. Nor would I have known what to fix and replace when things have gone wrong.

Sadly, I think for most people, equipment like furnaces and water heaters are ignored until they can't be. I get it, it's easy to take things like a warm home and water for granted as long as they are working. I'm glad we have the help keeping our going!

2 1/2 years ago we let family stay at our house. They destroyed it. 72k in damages. We have spent the last 8 months removing cat urine soaked insulation, holy drywall, and tore up floors. While in the demo/ cleaning process, we ran across some serious wiring issues. After spending thousands on repairs, material and such. We were at our wits end. Playing phone tag with different electricians, outrageous pricing. We were at a loss. We've been living next door to our home at my in laws until our house is finished. Vredevoogd was a last ditch effort to get some sort of resolution. Ed and his apprentice went above and beyond our expectations. Something as simple as electricity has been a large bump in the road for us. I could not recommend them enough, especially when the cost was far less than others have quoted. To the team. It was because of all of you that my family are much closer to getting back into our house. And because of you getting closer to it being (once again) our home!

At midnight my geothermal heating system stopped working. No Heat.and it’s February!
I contacted Vredevoogd heating & cooling after hours phone.and a very polite employee answered my call and discussed my problem. It was decided that I needed immediate help.
The on call employee Nathan came to my house and figured out what was broken with geothermal system. The Parts were ordered and someone will be here tomorrow to complete repair.. Technician Nathan was professional, very knowledgeable about geothermal and great at diagnostics. I’ve been very happy with Vredevoogd and highly recommend getting club membership. I’ve been member for twenty years.

Quinton arrived on time and did a complete inspection of the plumbing system at my vacation home. Explained all questions and recommended repairs with price quotes. Professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great job!

Donovan initially came to repair a water valve leak and did a great job. While here he discovered our water heater was cracked. He scheduled an install the same day. Great service and Donovan was very thorough. Two other plumbers installed the water heater and also did an excellent job. 👍

Nathan was amazing yesterday! He was timely, friendly and professional. He came out last night and went above and beyond to get and install the new inducer motor needed in my furnace and get the heat restored in my home. It was especially important and appreciated more than I can say since it was below zero yesterday and I have my 90 year old mother living with me. Everyone on the Vredevoogd team was absolutely fantastic! From the initial call, to the inspection, to the quote, and through installation, every step was seamless and easy. Of course, our furnace decided to go out during subzero temperatures, but they made the entire replacement process stress-free.

Vredevoogd H&C did an excellent, professional job of replacing my furnace and water heater. The sales staff provided a very good price for the work. The techs, Spencer and Jake, completed the work in less than a day and went over the updates with me when they were done. We have been Comfort Club members since my old furnace was installed about 20 years ago, and their consistent maintenance of our heating and cooling system directly contributed to the long life and smooth installation of our new equipment. Five stars.

When we built our house the firm that did the HVAC no longer supported us. That's when we found Vredevoogd and life have been easier since. We are on a subscription plan and they come out at least twice a year to check everything is running ok. Mike from Vredevoogd came out the first day, thoroughly analyzed and explained my requirements, and gave me a quote. We were having problems with our furnace not bringing the temperature up to the set temperature on the thermostat and if the furnace did activate, it would only run for a few minutes, then shut-off again. The technician was able to locate the problem in a short amount of time and cleaned out some clogged lines and replaced a pump that was not operating up to standards.
Everything was handled in a very professional manner and it was all explained to me when the work was completed. Polite, courteous and prompt service as always from Vredevoogd.

I had Jeremiah out for a quote. He was very professional and was able to get me three quotes that day. The business also allows for financing options which was a huge plus, compared to another that didn't. Three individuals were sent to my house on the install day. All of them were extremely polite and professional. They completed the work diligently and let me know about how the work was progressing periodically. They even assisted me with the installation of a smoke alarm that I wasn't able to reach. These were a great group of people and I will absolutely recommend them to others. We needed a new water heater. The technician got us scheduled for installation the very next day. The installers, Spencer and Alex, showed up the next day and installed the new water heater in less than an hour and a half.
They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They went over the instructions in a way that was very understandable.

Very happy with Vredevoogd. I got three quotes for a new furnace and air conditioner, and even though Vredevoogd wasn’t the cheapest (they were close, but not quite the cheapest) there were many factors such as warranty, Service, and thoroughness that led us to go with Vredevoogd to replace our system. Glad we did, they did a fantastic job with installation and the system is running great. Their people are wonderful - all with great attitudes and it was easy to work with them. Would recommend them for sure.
